Breathe, dear one…let the quiet of the night gently hold you. You’ve made it through the day, and now it’s time to let go. There’s no need to carry it any longer. The night is here to cradle you, to soothe you, and to help you release all that you’ve been holding onto. Breathe in, and let go…feel your body begin to soften, feel the tension start to ease, as you release the weight of the day.

Music Hello and welcome.

I'm really grateful that you're here with me tonight.

Close your eyes.

Let yourself maybe wiggle around in your bed a little bit.

Releasing any remaining energy of the day.

And giving yourself a chance to find that position that's so comfy.

So you.

And once you find it,

Take a deep breath in.

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself melt into your bed.

Let the quiet of the night surround you.

You've made it through this day.

And now it's time to let go.

There's no need to carry anything with you right now.

The night is here to help you release everything you've been holding.

So breathe in.

Breathe in.

I release the worries of the day.

I give myself permission to let it go.

I am free to release the tension in my body.

I welcome peace and calm into my mind.

I let go of the need to solve everything right now.

I trust that everything will unfold exactly as it should.

I release the thoughts swirling in my mind.

I welcome stillness and peace.

I let go of the pressures and demands of the day.

I choose to rest and restore.

I am worthy of rest.

I am allowed to release.

I release what is no longer mine to carry.

I trust in the peace that is here for me right now.

I let go of everything that weighs me down.

I am free to rest.

Free to just be.

I embrace the stillness of the night.

I am at peace.

I surrender to the rest my body and my soul deserve.

I let go and trust in the quiet.

I trust that all will be well as I rest.

I allow my body to relax completely.

I embrace the stillness of this moment.

I let go of any tension in my body and in my mind.

I trust the process of healing as I sleep.

I am at peace with the day I've lived.

I release everything that no longer serves me.

I invite calm into my heart and into my mind.

I am free to rest and restore.
