Good evening and welcome,
I'm so grateful you're here with me right now.
Go ahead and settle in and allow your body to sink into comfort and ease into stillness.
Let your head rest deeply in your pillow and notice how your body feels held.
Whatever it carried today,
It no longer needs to hold it.
You can let go.
Take a gentle soft breath in,
And as you exhale,
Feel yourself drop down and in,
Down and in,
Into the quiet space within you where no responsibilities are on your shoulders,
Where you are free.
This is your return,
Your refuge,
Your space of sacred undoing.
Perhaps today may have been heavy.
Maybe it stirred emotions you can't even name.
Maybe it left pieces of itself scattered across your chest,
Or tucked behind your eyes,
Or hiding in the tension of your jaw.
It's okay.
Everything that is here is welcome.
Now,
In this place of rest,
A gentle light begins to rise.
Feel it rise from deep within,
From the place untouched by pain,
The place that has never been wounded.
The light knows what to do.
It begins in the center of your chest,
Soft,
Warm,
And pulsing.
It's not dramatic.
It doesn't force anything to heal.
It simply begins to glow.
This light holds no judgment,
No timeline,
No demand to feel better or be more.
It simply wants to meet what's true.
It moves slowly now,
Spreading through your body,
To the shoulders that held too much,
To the heart that feels everything,
To the mind that tries to make sense of it all.
With each breath,
The light softens you.
It melts the old stories.
It erases the sharp edges.
It unwinds what has been tangled.
Not all wounds are loud.
Some are quiet.
Some take up space with silence and forgetting.
But this light knows how to find them all.
And when it does,
It doesn't try to fix them.
It only glows with love.
The light travels now through your belly,
Your hips,
Your right leg,
Then your left leg,
Down to your right foot,
Down to your left foot.
The light gathers what you've absorbed,
The fragments of other people's moods,
The echoes of the world's heaviness,
The feelings with which you didn't quite know what to do.
The light gathers what's ready to go,
And like mist rising off the surface of still water,
It all lifts up from your body.
Up and out.
Up and out.
Back into the sky,
Where it will be carried and transmuted into peace.
What remains is not emptiness,
But clarity,
A feeling of being washed and renewed.
You are whole,
Even in your healing.
You are safe,
Even as you rest.
Let the light stay with you tonight.
Let it hold you while you sleep.
Nothing more is needed.
Sleep in the light.
Let it keep you.
Let it wrap around you,
Inside and out.
And carry you softly into a deep and healing rest.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
