Good evening,
Beautiful.
Thank you for joining me for tonight's meditation.
Close your eyes and let go of the day now.
Let the unfinished conversations,
The decisions left hanging in the air,
And that quiet ache of not knowing,
Rest.
Not everything needs to be resolved in order for the body to soften.
Not every question needs answering before peace can arrive.
Breathe,
And let this breath right here be your sanctuary tonight,
The rhythm that holds you steady while the world continues to move.
Inhale slowly and gently,
And exhale slowly and gently.
Let your shoulders drop,
And your jaw unclench.
Feel your belly soften.
There is no clarity to force,
No solution to chase.
Only rest,
Only this breath,
And then the next,
And then the next.
Feel the weight of your body supported by your bed,
Supported by the ground beneath it,
And the earth beneath that,
Always holding you.
Even when life feels uncertain,
You are still held.
Let your forehead smooth.
Let your cheeks soften,
And your arms grow heavy.
Let the breath begin to slow on its own,
Like a tide abbing into stillness.
Uncertainty is not your enemy.
It's a pause,
A space between.
It's a soft soil where something new might one day take root,
But tonight there's no need to dig or plant or figure it out.
You rest in the dark quiet,
Where roots stretch and deepen without ever needing the light.
Let yourself rest in the not-knowing,
In the middle of what's unfinished.
Let yourself lie down beside your questions,
Without needing to chase them to answers.
Right here,
Right now.
You are safe.
You are loved.
You are simply in between.
In between is a place too,
A sacred,
Gentle place,
Where rest is allowed,
And where trust begins.
Breathe,
And feel the body slow,
Like a river settling after a storm.
You don't need to have it all figured out to feel peace tonight.
You only need to trust,
And be willing to rest without answers.
So rest,
Let go,
Be still,
Let yourself drift into peaceful,
Healing sleep.
Namaste.
Beautiful.
