Start by settling into a comfortable position and allow your eyes to close or you may wish to keep them open with a softened gaze.
Gently allow your breath to find its own natural rhythm,
Sensing into the cycle of your breath,
Exhaling.
Now begin to visualize a funnel at the top of your head.
As you inhale,
Begin to visualize a beautiful white light at the mouth of the funnel.
As you exhale,
Begin to visualize that same white light cascading down the funnel,
Descending down through your spine,
From the cranium,
Skull,
All the way down through each vertebrae,
To your sacrum,
And down to your tailbone.
Once again,
Inhaling bright light,
Exhaling letting it trickle down,
Charging you,
Rejuvenating you.
Continue on your own for a couple more breaths,
With the imagery of the funnel above your head.
Now slowly take a full breath in together.
Exhale and another time big inhale through your nose,
And a long exhale the same way.
And now one final breath in together.
Take a satisfying exhale out.
Notice how you are feeling after this exercise.
Are there any subtle sensations that are palpable right now?
How does your breath feel?
Slowly move through your toes and your fingers.
Perhaps gently moving your head from side to side.
Begin to lift the corners of your mouth into a smile,
And slowly blink open your eyes.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
