Transcript

Take a moment to pause and reflect with your eyes closed or open.

Bring into mind three things you're immensely grateful for.

This can be something that happened to you today or something that is ongoing in your life.

This can be a person,

An object or even a feeling.

Simply bringing into mind anything that makes your heart sing with joy and gratitude.

I'll give you a few moments to bring into mind the three things you are grateful for before we take three conscious breaths for each thought to honor them in your mind.

Now take a deep breath in together and bring the first thing you're most grateful for.

Inhaling and gently pausing at the top before you exhale.

Inviting yourself to relish the feeling the thought gives you.

Breathe in normally for a few more rounds with this thought in mind.

Now bring your attention to the second thing you're most grateful for.

As you exhale allow that feeling of gratitude to spread or disperse throughout your whole body.

Continue for a few more breaths with this thought in mind.

Finally bring your awareness to the last grateful thought for today.

Let's take a deep inhale in together.

As you exhale allow yourself to truly bathe in that feeling of gratitude.

Gently continue for a few more breaths with this thought in mind.

Now let's close our practice together by lifting the corners of your mouth into a warm smile and thank you for practicing today.
