This is an affirmation meditation practice which you synchronize with your breath.
Come to a comfortable seat or lie down on your back.
Allow yourself some time to fully arrive in your body.
Feel free to fidget as much as you need moving through your pelvis,
Shoulders,
Head until you feel completely comfortable to begin.
Now I'd like to invite you to start to deepen your breath.
Take big inhales in through your nose and long exhales out the same way keeping your breath soft and expansive.
Inhaling exhaling.
You may choose to place one hand on your heart.
As you inhale mentally say to yourself,
I am worthy and then on the slow exhale out mentally say to yourself I am love.
Inhaling together I am worthy.
Exhaling I am love.
Inhaling I am worthy.
A gentle pause at the top.
Fully exhaling I am love.
Continue on your own for a few more rounds.
Inhaling I am worthy.
Exhaling I am love.
And now let's close our practice together by lifting the corners of your mouth into a warm smile remembering that you are a wonderful being full of love and that you are worthy and deserving.
