Kathryn Roe's work focuses on relationships, trauma, intimacy, life transitions, and life's deeper questions. She believes that growth is not simply about reducing distress, but about developing a deeper understanding of ourselves, our relationships, and how we wish to live. Many people seek support when familiar ways of coping no longer seem to work, whether in relationships, following difficult life experiences, during periods of change, or when facing questions of identity, purpose, and meaning. Kathryn offers a warm, thoughtful, and collaborative space in which these experiences can be explored with curiosity and compassion. Kathryn is a UKCP-registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, and Trainer. As a Certified Transactional Analyst Psychotherapist (CTA-P), Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst (PTSTA-P), EMDR practitioner, and holder of a Master's degree in Social Work, she works with individuals and partners, both online and in person. Her approach integrates relational psychotherapy, Transactional Analysis, and EMDR to help people understand recurring patterns, process difficult experiences, and strengthen their connection with themselves and others.
