A perfect practice for your morning. This is the original version of my 10 Minute NSDR practice "Lift the Fog", which uses breath awareness and visualization to stimulate circulation to the brain and wake up your senses. This meditation offers time to connect with a sankalpa (if you work with one) and to set your intention for the day. I do this practice before work and it puts me in a great mood for writing.
