Kathryn is a meditation guide and wellness coach. She helps people learn to rest so they can break the cycle of burnout. Trained as a yoga nidra teacher by Ally Boothroyd and Tiina Kivinen from the School of Living Yoga, Kathryn blends tradition with modern neuroscience research and a trauma-informed style of guidance. She enrolled in Transformational Sleep Yoga Nidra Teacher Training to share the gift of yoga nidra with others. Kathryn offers live meditation guidance as well as recorded yoga nidra and NSDR practices. She loves to create guided visualizations and often draws inspiration from nature. Her favorite yoga nidra technique is asraya, or inner refuge.
