So finding a standing posture and just noticing how it feels to stand,
Just stand.
There may be some sensation in the bottom of the feet,
Pressure,
Hardness,
Softness.
Maybe there is certain sensation of the breath happening in this posture,
Different from sitting or lying down.
Sound vibration,
Coming and going.
Just lightly checking where the tension naturally goes to.
And just walking to point B.
Simply noticing the walking and stopping.
And turn around and go back to the point A.
And this can be as small as 5 feet or maybe 10 to 15 feet.
Just going back and forth,
Maybe a little bit slower-bathed than usual.
How do we know that we're walking?
You may notice seeing one path.
You may be noticing hearing in another.
You may be noticing the movement of the legs or sensation of the bottom of the feet in another path.
And when you come to standing in one point,
This time just taking time to stand again.
Just if this is helpful,
Tuning into gentleness and tenderness.
Maybe you can feel it in the heart center around the sternum.
Or you can use the phrasing like,
May I be well happy and peaceful.
Or you can imagine somebody on the other side,
Whoever easy to love,
And wish them,
May you be well happy and peaceful.
And with that feeling,
Knowing it,
That's their walk into the other point.
And you stop.
Turn around.
Checking in with that gentle feeling,
Tenderness,
While you walk the path.
Is it possible to feel the softness while you take one step?
Is there a flavor of tenderness?
And just noticing the sensation of the bottom of the foot being lifted,
Moving and placing.
And repeating the walking path in this way using loving kindness practice,
Time to time.
Or just simply being aware of whatever that's easy for you to notice.
Through five senses in the body and the mind.
