Kate (she/they ) is a native of Osaka, Japan. She is an immigrant POC transfemme dance artist/ mindfulness teacher. They are a qualified MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) teacher. Their Broadway credits are Jagged Little Pill, The King and I, Miss Saigon, and they have performed at the Metropolitan Opera for six seasons. They are exploring to integrate the mindfulness practice into performing arts industry for the healthier environment.

Liked the focus on sensations. Grounding kindness in bodily awareness. Recontacting loving kindness can then start with sensations rather than mental constructs. Thank you

I love your approach to a simple breath practice. My player keeps cutting off the meditation when there is about 5 minutes left. Can you double check the audio file on your end?
