Hello!

Welcome to this evening meditation.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position and close your eyes when you're ready.

Start bringing your attention inwards,

Taking slow deep breaths all the way down into your belly,

Allowing it to expand with your inhales and fall with your exhales in and out through your nose,

Inviting your mind to slow down,

Your body to soften and relax and move you to become present.

And now I invite you to feel into the day you had and notice if there is some residue from it.

Maybe you experienced some challenges or there are some emotions you didn't get to process in the moment.

Maybe you were busy or overwhelmed,

Noticing what is present on different levels of your being,

Your physical,

Mental,

Emotional or spiritual.

And if there is something that needs your attention,

Meeting all those experiences and aspects of self with kindness and compassion,

Staying present with all of your experiences and taking deep breaths in and through them,

Allowing them to naturally unravel.

And I invite you to feel into what are you grateful for from today.

What are you proud of?

What was the best moment of your day?

What you have learned today?

And what you have received today?

And in the last part of this meditation,

I invite you to stay so present with your body,

With your breathing,

Allowing yourself to connect deeper and also rest in the knowing that you had a beautiful day,

Even if it was challenging,

Even if it didn't go as you planned.

There is still so much you received from it.

It was absolutely worth living.

And there are so many reasons for you to feel good about it and about yourself.

And you have tomorrow to accomplish anything you haven't today.

But for this moment,

Focusing on the now and feeling fulfilled,

Content,

Joyful,

Peaceful about your day.

And we got to the end of this practice.

I invite you to slowly return back to your space and I hope you feel good about the day you had and tomorrow you will have another wonderful day.
