Welcome!
This meditation is your invitation to rest deeply,
To get nourished and recharged I invite you to lay on your back if it's available and getting really comfortable,
Making sure that your body feels good in the position you are in When you are ready,
Closing your eyes I invite you to start taking deep,
Conscious,
Slow breaths in and out through your nose allowing your lungs,
Your diaphragm,
Your ribcage,
Your belly to expand as you inhale and then allowing your body to contract as you exhale deep,
Slow breaths,
Connecting to this natural cycle of expansion with your inhales and contraction with your exhales I invite you to feel into your body,
Where do you experience some tiredness,
Maybe you are feeling exhausted maybe there are some other sensations,
Do you feel them in your head,
Maybe in your neck and shoulders maybe in your lower back or belly,
Or maybe deep inside your bones,
Or in any other place of your body I invite you to take deep breaths in and through those spaces,
Bringing this pulse of expansion and contraction,
Your breathing into all those spaces and gently observing them,
And notice if there are any other sensations underneath this tiredness maybe there are some emotions present,
Maybe there is sadness or anger or frustration,
Maybe there is some resentment or bitterness allowing yourself to notice if there is anything else present within this experience,
In your body,
At this moment and taking deep,
Slow breaths in and through those emotions,
Sensations,
Staying so present with all of your experience I will leave you in this space of stillness,
So you can get nourished and recharged in it and I invite you to take slow and deep breaths through your nose,
When you inhale,
Allowing your body,
Your ribcage,
Your belly to expand to welcome fresh oxygen,
To welcome new energy,
Allowing it to enter your body and nourish it and on the exhale,
Noticing the contraction in your body,
Allowing your breath to take away whatever tiredness you are experiencing any other sensations that are present there,
Letting go of the heaviness,
Density,
Any emotions you feel in the moment and releasing anything else that does not serve you any longer it's time for you to return back,
Move your toes,
Your fingers,
Stretch,
Open your eyes when you are ready being so slow and gentle,
Noticing how you are feeling now,
How your body is feeling I do hope that you feel recharged and nourished and you are ready to continue your day and may it unfold in a wonderful and beautiful way thank you for being here with me,
