Welcome to this meditation.

I'm so glad you're here.

This is your invitation to connect or reconnect with your heart,

Your wise and powerful heart.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes when you're ready.

Bring your attention inwards to your heart.

Maybe bringing your hands over your heart,

Support this process.

Start taking deep,

Slow and conscious breaths in and through your heart,

Inviting your mind to slow down,

Your body to soften and relax,

And dropping deeper into your heart with every single cycle of your breath.

And I invite you to feel into your heart.

How does it feel today?

Do you recognize any emotions or sensations present there?

If you feel any,

Meet them with compassion and kindness.

Taking deep and slow breaths into your heart,

Into those emotions and sensations,

Allowing them naturally unfold.

And now I invite you to feel into or ask your heart what does it need,

If there is anything it needs in this moment.

My next invitation to you is to ask your heart for any guidance or wisdom,

Anything you need to know in this moment,

Anything that can support you or anything you are ready to know.

And for the last few minutes of this practice,

I invite you to stay present with your heart,

With your emotions and sensations,

Taking deep,

Slow breaths and dropping deeper into the strength,

Power,

Wisdom,

Compassion,

Love and stillness that your heart holds.

We got to the end of this practice.

I hope you feel more connected to your own heart.

I invite you to have a daily practice of reconnecting to your heart in whatever way it feels aligned.

And over time you'll start noticing how transformative it is,

Even though it is so simple.

But we never should underestimate the power and wisdom of our own heart.
