This is your reminder that you matter — just as you are. A short and soothing track to help you reconnect with your inherent worth and value. Let these words land softly in your heart, especially on days when you forget. You don’t need to fix or change anything — you are already enough. Welcome!

This practice is your reminder of your own importance.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position.

Close your eyes when you're ready.

Bring your attention inwards and start taking deep,

Conscious breaths all the way down into your belly,

Allowing it to expand with your inhales,

Inviting your mind to slow down,

Your body to soften and relax.

Taking deep,

Conscious breaths.

How often in our lives we get lost,

Lost in these constant cycles of comparison,

Of trying to be good enough,

Achieving,

Somehow trying to prove ourselves,

Our right to be,

Our right to have what we want.

And in this practice I want to remind you that you matter just as you are.

What you like and what you don't like matters.

What you want and what you don't want matters.

Your dreams matter.

Your needs matter.

Your body matters.

Your emotions and the way you feel matter.

All aspects of your human experience matter just as they are.

It's not something you need to deserve or gain or get.

All these aspects of you matter just because you exist.

Nothing you need to prove,

Nothing you need to gain,

To earn.

Drop into the space of you remembering,

You reminding yourself that you matter just as you are.

You don't need to be any different.

Nothing needs to be any different.

Maybe repeating this phrase several times,

Silently or out loud,

That you matter or any other version that resonates.

And really allowing those words to settle in,

To penetrate your whole being.

And I invite you to stay in this space for a few more minutes,

Staying so present with your emotions,

Your sensations.

Maybe still repeating the mantra or just being present and resting in the message of this practice.

Inviting yourself to remember,

To return back to the knowing within you.

A part within you that knows that you matter.

And I invite you to gently return back to your space.

Realigned,

And you are much more anchored in the knowing of your own value and importance just as you are.
