To begin this meditation,
Let's get into a comfortable seated position.
And when you're ready,
Closing your eyes and just starting to take some deeper breaths,
Some nice deep belly breaths,
Making sure your belly is expanding,
Your chest is rising,
And then you're emptying out,
Your stomach contracts.
Belly out,
Belly in.
So just a few of those helping to settle in to your space,
Get comfortable in your body.
Relaxing,
Letting go,
Melting in.
And now I invite you to bring your hands to your solar plexus.
This is located right at your sternum,
Right in the center of your body.
And just place your hands there and begin to just bring your awareness,
Bring some energy and intention into that space.
Really hone in on that area.
This is your powerhouse.
Really feel that strong energy in this space.
This is your space of I can and I do and I will.
These live here.
And you can either leave your hands there or you can rest them on your lap,
Whatever feels comfortable.
And if you can,
Start to imagine either a bright yellow light filling up that center cavity,
That space,
Or if you prefer,
A fire burning in that space,
Whichever resonates with you.
And try to hold on to that imagery through this meditation.
And if you can't,
That's okay.
I'm going to recite some mantras and I invite you to repeat them with me.
I'll say them once,
I'll say them twice.
And on the second time for each one,
I invite you to repeat it out loud or in your mind.
