Begin by observing your breath.

Notice the in breath and notice the out breath.

With every out breath,

Breathe out tension.

And with every in breath,

Breathe in relaxation.

A natural rhythm,

Like the rhythm of the ocean.

Let this rhythm take you to your inner sanctuary.

Connecting with a moment of peace in your day.

Continue to breathe out tension.

And breathe in relaxation.

Your body knows how to relax quickly.

Letting go of tension.

Letting go of thoughts.

Simply being present right now.

Release thoughts.

As you recharge deeply.

Breathe in a radiant light.

A glowing life force.

And to the very core of your body.

There may even be a color that comes to mind.

A color that soothes,

Relaxes and recharges.

As you breathe this glowing life force into every cell of your body.

Recharging deeply as you rest in your inner sanctuary.

A place of calm,

Peace,

Safety and relaxation.

Recharging deeply for what is next.

And knowing that you can always return to the safe place within.

And as the breath returns you now,

You come back fully recharged.

Very gentle and well done breath meditation. This is a lot better than many other breath meditations I have heard. I like it very much.
