Welcome to Naturally Slim.
In this meditation I will guide you towards your ideal healthy weight.
This meditation is very relaxing so please do not listen while driving but find a peaceful place to sit or lie down.
And as we begin,
Let yourself move towards comfort.
Take a few deep and relaxing breaths and connect with your own rhythm.
Notice how the breath flows naturally,
Like the waves of the ocean.
A soothing gentle rhythm.
Every breath is like a wave,
Leading you into deep relaxation.
And with every out breath,
Let yourself relax.
Breathe out tension.
And with every in breath,
Bring in relaxation.
As you move deeper towards comfort and well being,
Waves of gentle soothing feelings flow through your body,
All the way from the top of your head towards the tip of your toes.
Delightful streams of deep relaxation and I will count from one to two.
And as you move deeper towards comfort and well being,
You will feel the warmth of the sun or its rays of light.
And as you move deeper towards comfort and well being,
You will feel the warmth of the sun or its rays of light.
And I will count from one to five.
And with every count,
Relaxation deepens.
One,
You can feel the warmth of the sun,
Which ever relaxes you more and lets you go deeper.
If there is tension anywhere in your body,
Send your breath into those muscles and breathe out tension.
And breathe in relaxation and comfort.
Welcoming,
Luxurious,
Deep relaxation.
The soothing rhythm of your breath takes you into greater states of well being.
And as you move deeper towards comfort and well being,
You will feel the warmth of the sun.
And as you move deeper towards comfort and well being,

Warm sensations of going deeper and deeper into comfort and well being.

And as your body relaxes,
Your mind also lets go.
Any thoughts that go through your mind can just blend in with the sounds in the background.
And every time there is a thought,
Bring yourself back to the rhythm of the breath.
And deepening of relaxation,
Your body knows how to relax.
And as the muscles let go deeply,
Your mind becomes wide open for positive suggestions.
All for your greatest benefit.
As an energy of comfort,
Harmony and relaxation flows through your body.

There is no limit to how much you can let go.
The more you relax,
The greater the comfort and the deeper the relaxation that you experience.
Great comfort and well being.
Relaxation is completely natural.
Your body knows how to let go.
Going deeper and deeper as you breathe out tension,
As you let go and breathe in profound comfort and well being.

And imagine a radiant light like the light of the sun surrounding you and flowing into your body.
A soothing,
Nurturing,
Relaxing energy that fills every single cell with a radiant life force.
A calming energy.
A sense of self love and profound acceptance.
Simply letting it flow through the body into every cell,
Each organ.
And if there is a color that comes to mind,
Allow that color to flow through you,
Around you,

Each organ and every cell.

Notice what that looks like and what that feels like as you follow a sustainable rhythm of exercise.

Into your day and you may be surprised at all the opportunities you find to exercise.
Imagine yourself truly enjoying exercise.
How good it feels to move,
To breathe,

You begin to hear the sounds again in the background as you return while the deeper part of you remembers all the suggestions,
Supporting you profoundly.
And as you awaken,
Three,
You gradually reorient yourself to the day and time of day,
Beginning your journey to full consciousness now as you return to and in your own time.
When you're all the way back,
You still feel comfortable and relaxed,
Yet gradually more alert,
Awake,
And re-energized when.
