Find a quiet and comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes,
Sitting down or lying down.
You can close your eyes if that is comfortable for you,
And start taking deeper breaths.
Inhale deeply through your nose,
Hold it for a moment,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Visualize yourself at your desired weight.
See yourself feeling confident and healthy.
Imagine how good it feels to be at this weight.
Visualize clearly how proud you are of yourself for achieving your goals.
Focus on your breath.
Imagine that with each inhale,
You are breathing in positive energy and strength,
And with each exhale,
You are releasing any negative thoughts or feelings that may be holding you back right now.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Visualize any excess weight you are carrying as a heavy burden that you are ready to release.
You feel safe,
And you no longer need that weight with you.
You are ready to release it.
See it leaving your body,
Feel lighter,
And feel more free with each breath.
Repeat these positive affirmations to yourself.
I am capable of achieving my weight loss goals.

Take a few more deep breaths,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes,
If they are closed,
And return now to the present moment.
Keeping your heart that weight loss is a journey,
It takes time and effort to achieve your goals,
With consistent effort and a positive mindset,
You will make progress and achieve that healthy body,
Healthy mind and heart,
And the lifestyle you so desire.
