And slowly exhale.

Feel the steady rhythm of your breath,

Like the changing seasons effortlessly flowing from one to the next.

As you inhale,

Welcome the crisp,

Fresh air of morning.

As you exhale,

Release any lingering heaviness of winter,

Making space for renewal.

Let yourself settle into this moment,

Grounded and present.

Before we can step fully into spring,

Let's take a moment to honor the gifts of winter.

This season that invites stillness,

Introspection,

And rest.

It's a time of deep restoration,

Of gathering wisdom in the quiet.

Reflect on what winter has given you,

Perhaps insights,

Healing,

Or a newfound appreciation of slowness.

Acknowledge these gifts with gratitude,

Knowing they have prepared you for what is to come.

Now with your next inhale,

Imagine breathing in the first light of spring,
