So often we become absorbed by our emotions and feelings. We forget or were never taught how to actually manage the moments of overwhelming feelings or a triggered state of mind. I am here to help offer tools to work through these moments. This meditation focuses on deep, full breaths and bringing in a smile to help ease our minds and let our bodies know we are ok. Once our bodies know we are okay and we are able to pull out of the fight or flight mindset, we are able to check in with ourselves and make sense of how we truly feel about the moment at hand.
