Today's topic is You Are Enough.
Together,
Let's take a moment to unplug from the chaos of life,
The incessant noise and movement,
All distractions from what really matters.
You have done enough for today.
Please allow it to be enough.
Inviting your breath to slow down,
A return to steadiness,
A return to stillness within,
A return to peace beyond reason,
Breath becoming slow and steady,
Coming back to center,
As we peel away the layers of stress and tension,
Like peeling an onion,
We begin by breathing out all expectations and judgment,
Allowing our breath to become a cleansing tool,
Every exhale assists us in releasing,
Letting go,
What burdens are you still carrying?
What beliefs no longer serve you?
What pain still resides within?
Peeling away the layers,
Uncovering the essence of who you are,
Beyond all of your labels and titles,
Beyond your job,
Not a grand overhaul of your identity,
Not another way to critique yourself,
Instead a steady remembrance of your wholeness,
Remembering your worthiness.
You are enough,
Just as you are.
You have always been enough.
This is a practice of returning,
Over and over again,
To your beauty that resides beneath all of your conditioning,
All of the distractions and illusions,
Remembering who you are beyond the fluctuations of your mind.
You are loving and kind,
A blessing to all,
You are joy embodied,
A radiant light,
Shifting the energy of every room you step into,
A warm embrace,
A knowing smile,
A shelter in the storm,
No need to cover up your light,
No need to play small,
Shining your light gives others permission to shine their unique light as well,
Shining light into the darkness,
Shining light into sadness and despair,
The darkness of illusion cannot survive your radiance,
Choose peace when you see chaos,
Choose joy when you face sadness,
In spite of what is happening,
Choose laughter for no reason at all,
Be the example others look to,
The lighthouse in the storms of life,
We cannot control what happens to us,
But we can control how we respond,
Choosing not to react in anger,
Choosing not to stay in the lower vibrations,
See yourself rising up out of the muck,
Like a beautiful lotus flower,
Resilient and yet still soft and loving,
Kind and gentle,
Allow your breath to find its own rhythm once more,
Sending gratitude into your body and mind for the ability to pause the busyness of your day for this brief moment of awareness,
Remembering that you are enough,
