Mother Earth,
Our celestial mother,
Would always provide for us.
And in this time of great change,
The great awakening and evolution of humanity as a collective I ask that you join me in sending appreciation,
Support and love to our beautiful mother.
And without,
None of life or any of the experiences within it would be possible.
It is time to heal our celestial mother.
Mother Earth,
Gaia.
To call in all ascended masters,
All light beings,
Rainbow warriors.
Everybody and every being that is here upon this planet,
As well as around the entire universe,
Is connected.
Connected to one another.
Connected to our mother.
So I ask that you dedicate this meditation to the upliftment and enrichment of our planet.
Thank you for everything that you do and for simply being you.
This meditation is an incredibly important journey or experience to be part of.
And after completing and enriching the lives of every single being upon this planet,
I ask that you share this beautiful journey to show that you care.

As now is the time.
And the more of us that unite and stand side to side,
United in love,
Guided from above,
The more enjoyable the experience will be for every living being.
So go ahead and sit comfortably.
Settle back and relax.
As you tune in to tune out,
Enjoying this beautiful and magical adventure that we call life one breath at a time.
And focusing for a moment,
If you will,
Using the intention of your will,
Focus on that beautiful life force energy as it enters and exits you.
With the rise and the fall,
With the inhale and exhale,
The acceptance and surrenderance.
Breathing comfortably,
Go ahead and start to focus your attention inwards to the area where the breath first enters you.
And watch as it surges and flows all the way down through you,
Filling your entire body in completion.
That life force energy,
Yours to experience.
Breathing in and out.
The fact that you are listening to this meditation shows me that you are committed to the upliftment and betterment of the entire universe in completion.
Knowing that everything in existence is simply energy vibrating at different frequencies,
Let us take a journey now to transform and transmute all frequencies,
All areas of separation,
Of illusion.
All areas that hinder or limit,
Dissolving them all and returning them back to love.
Back home to the self,
Connected to everyone and everything else.
And I ask that we start at the base chakra,
Your foundation center.
So go ahead and breathe with purpose and conviction,
Breathing in to the very center,
The center of your being and just connect for a moment to that love that you are.
The love that permeates from you,
All around you and back to you.
What I would like for you to do is to simply enjoy this experience for what it is.
Just that,
An experience.
Breathing in into the very depth of your belly,
Into your abdomen and then pushing that energy down,
Deeper down through you still.
As you do,
Picture the color red as it enters and surges all around you.
And as you become filled with that beautiful foundational baseline or root chakra energy,
Go ahead and just allow as you turn that same red color yourself.
Go ahead and absorb,
Draw in and guide all of that energy,
All of that frequency to the center of your being,
To the center of who you are.
And watch as that red dissipates and starts to shimmer and shine,
Becoming golden,
Angelically shining and shimmering,
Just like the mighty sun.
And allowing for this energy,
This frequency to settle into the center of your being.
Go ahead now and breathe in the color orange,
Breathing in to your sacral chakra,
Filling your entire being and once again releasing,
Transforming and turning that orange light into that golden white angelic divine light that is found and stored in the center of your being.
Just now if you will,
Upon your solar plexus area,
Your energy center,
As that life force energy flows all around you,
The blood pumping through your veins and arteries,
The air filling your lungs with the inhale and the exhale releasing once again.
Take a moment just to focus back upon our beautiful mother and embody the truth that without her there would be none of us,
My sisters and brothers.
If God is our father,
The Earth is truly our mother.
Protecting and providing with love to all of her children of countless forms and multicolor.
And as you breathe that beautiful yellow light into your being,
Into your entire being,
Allow as it transforms before your very eyes into that same golden white light and watch as it absorbs and integrates into the center of you.
Now focus your attention up to your heart chakra,
Whether it is presented to you as green or pink,
Either is perfect and divine.
And as you breathe that beautiful pranic life force energy into the center of you,
Watch as it shifts and transforms,
Filling and surging around you that divine frequency of golden white light.
As you continue to journey upwards,
We reach the color blue as the sky above and the seas below.
And watch as that blue as you absorb it into your center,
Into your heart center.
Watch as it is transmuted back into that natural baseline frequency of all in existence,
Back into the frequency of love.
And as we continue upwards,
Transforming every color in existence,
Every area of separation,
All back into unity and harmony with the self,
All back into alignment and the upliftment of our community.
I would like you to take note of what it is that you are doing,
As you are turning everything and anything that is not the frequency of love back into love.
So focusing now upon your third eye,
Your pineal gland,
That beautiful purple as it pulsates and vibrates,
Cooling in all manner of downloads of experiences.
And again,
Breathe this energy into the center of your being,
Into your heart center,
Transforming what was once blue into golden white light,
Allowing for it all to settle around and fill your heart center.
Your heart now overflowing with joy,
As there is no more programs or reactions of old.
And now up to the crown chakra,
The celestials above.
And whichever color that you are shown and perceive your crown to be,
Know this to be pure,
True and divine,
And that everything happens in the right time.
So transforming that lilac or golden light,
That white light,
Back into the universal baseline frequency of love,
Back into that golden white light,
Go ahead and absorb and integrate this truth into the center of your being once again.
And having absorbed all the frequencies of the rainbow,
And having used your energy to shift their vibration for the betterment of humanity,
I ask that you take some time with me to do you,
To be you,
And to do whatever it is that you do.
With each breath in,
As you absorb that pranic life force energy from all around you,
Watch as you begin to grow,
To swirl,
To vibrate with excitement.
With each breath in,
Allow yourself to grow energetically,
Spiritually,
To grow larger than life itself.
In your mind's eye,
Watch as with every breath you expand,
Growing in frequency and energetic embodiment,
Growing physically,
Picturing yourself as large as the building that you are sat within,
As large as the town,
The borough,
The region,
Growing and growing still,
Until you are the size of the planet herself,
Stood elegantly and majestically upon her,
Ready to provide,
To serve her.
And as you continue to expand energetically and consciously,
You create the very expansion of the universe thyself.
Go ahead now and watch as Mother Earth spins,
Perfectly in balance,
Energized,
Revitalized and protected against any and all manner of negativity,
For both this and all other realms of existence.
And as you gaze down upon our beautiful,
Beautiful planet,
As she spins elegantly and majestically within the palm of your hand,
Go ahead with that golden white light shining from the center of you,
Draw in our Mother,
Go out and place her in your heart center.
And as you draw her in,
As you breathe her in,
Connecting to her from your heart center,
With the Earth at the center of you,
Energetically protected by you,
Vibrationally enriched by you,
Existing in balance and harmony alongside and for you.
Everything we do is for the benefit of the collective,
The upliftment and education if required of all people in all places.
And as you now float effortlessly within the celestial realm,
With Gaia spinning freely,
Joyfully and effortlessly at the center of your being,
With every breath that you inhale,
You energise,
Revitalise and actualise Mother Earth.
And with every breath out,
You release,
Surrender and let go of everything that no longer serves us,
Our highest and greatest good.
You are the entire universe in completion,
With Gaia existing at the center of you,
The life force that she is and that you are,
Permeating out from you.
Just take a moment to fully absorb this very,
Very life-changing,
World-changing,
Universal awakening journey that we have just experienced together.
To hold Mother Earth within your heart center.
To trust in yourself as you trust in me.
To journey alongside you,
To guide you back home to the infinite potential and realisation of the reason for your very existence.
You are the keeper of the light.
The evolution of mankind.
And the future.
The liberator.
The victor.
You are the future of humanity,
An evolution of the universe as a whole.
And being the size of the entire universe,
With Mother Earth housed and protected within the center of your very being.
Go ahead and start to focus your attention back upon your center,
Your chest and the air that you are breathing.
You are connected to all beings in all places,
Across all lifetimes,
Timelines,
All times,
Dimensions and realities.
Here to express yourself freely and truly.
To hold the light playfully and joyfully.
And I ask now that you remain forever connected energetically to our beautiful mother.
Cleaning cleansing purifying and healing yourself as well as her with each and every breath in and out.
And as you start to focus back upon the surface of our planet,
Back upon the country,
The area,
The town,
The house that you live in.
As you start to materialize back into full conscious awareness of your surroundings.
I demand that all information required by you is accessible for you.
Easily and effortlessly you can and will know everything that you need to know in order to achieve whatever,
Wherever,
Whenever that which you are here to achieve.
Doing so easily,
Effortlessly and joyfully.
Go ahead and stand grounded and secured to our beautiful planet once again.
And take a moment just to notice the shift in her frequency.
How all those forms of separation and illusion,
All those different colours to the rainbow of existence.
Now they are all shining,
Shining equally in harmony.
Shining as one.
Go ahead and start to bring an awareness back to your physical body.
Back to the room that you are sat within and everything taking place around you.
The colours when you open your eyes,
Any sounds that are present or any feelings.
Go ahead and remember everything that you need to remember in order to achieve everything that you are here to achieve.
Our beautiful eternal mother protected and supported by you,
By us.
With every breath in and out,
Being a breath as above,
So below,
As within,
So without.
