Infinite blessings and welcome to this father wound healing hypnotic guided meditation.
The journey that you are so bravely taking today will bring freedom and liberation to yourself as well as your father and all your ancestral lineage,
As well as all future generations to come.
So go ahead,
Finding a comfortable place to sit,
Wherever you are,
Go ahead and bring your attention to the present moment,
Bring your attention to your breath,
Sitting as upright as possible,
Or if you have chosen to lay down then do so outstretched and symmetrically.
We will start simply by focusing on that breath as it enters and exits you,
A beautiful life force energy filling and surging all around you.
You are safe,
Protected and divinely guided now and always.
And I place an extra layer of upliftment,
Support and love around you during our journey together today.

So in a moment let us breathe together,
Connecting our energies so that I can receive the information that will allow me to most beneficially guide you upon this journey to discover that part of yourself that still feels controlled by,
Limited or manipulated by your father.
Knowing that an energy connection,
A cord that is most often placed by the repressor or sometimes by the child itself in order to please,
To then maybe be good enough to receive that appreciation,
Connection and love that you so desperately desired from your father.
Anytime that we are unable to experience love within another,
It is simply because they are unable to experience that love themselves.
As a child it is natural that you give yourself,
Your love,
Your energy,
Your heart freely without question.
If this is not reciprocated,
Not given back,
Then it can and more often than not it will create all sorts of negative implications.
So thank you once again for joining me as we continue to just breathe,
Becoming playful with that breath as it enters and exits you,
Breathing in through your nose for the count of four if you will,
Holding on the top of the breath and feeling as that energy,
As that air fills every aspect of you before releasing it once again to whence it came,

Focus upon your breath and breathe it in to your very center,

Before moving on and delving into the depth of our journey together,
Breathe deep into your belly and then up with a second inhale into your heart center,
Breathing out and releasing and feeling as that energy cascades down through you to the soles of your feet and out into the earth below you,
Breathing in and once again as you allow a sense of calm to fill every fiber of your being,
Every atom,
Every molecule and even the space between,
Know that this journey is yours and yours alone and that whatever comes up within it,
Whatever you experience is for your learnings and growth.
So bringing to mind your father,
I would like for you to create an image in your mind using your mind's eye,
Your third eye,
As we focus our attention upon that area between your brow and begin to grow it,
To expand it until it fills your very surroundings.
Remove all attachments,
All expectations and all external noise and viewpoints.
Bring up upon the screen within your mind's eye,
A room,
A room that goes on forever and it is crystal clear and white in color and within this room bring up the image and all the feelings,
Emotions,
Sensations,
Experiences,
The learnings,
The adopted programs and behaviors.
Bring up every single aspect that has anything to do with your connection to and the existence of your father,
Your dad,
Your pa and as he stands before you in this beautiful majestic room,
There is no attachment to his egoic place in society,
His job,
His stature.
Before you stands a man,
A man who just as you experienced a multitude of different situations and events which brought him different learnings which he still to this day uses as his response to external situations and events.
Through the work that you will achieve today,
You will free and liberate not only yourself but also your father and all ancestors before him as well as freeing the future generation,
Your children from experiencing anything other than that love they are,
That you are,
That we are.
Looking not upon the physical structure of your father and instead gazing upon the energetic body.
Take a moment just to notice any sorts of disfigurement or deformity where his energy is being pulled or pushed,
Manipulated by another.
Take a moment just to notice why it is that he learnt his response and programs,
His way of protection and seeking some form of happiness.
He too was affected,
Controlled and manipulated by his father and his father before him.
It is time to free all ancestral heritage and lineage from all negative beliefs and programs of old.
Start off simply by viewing a line that attaches the two of you,
An energetic cord.
It matters not when this was created or why but I would like you to notice where it is that it connects the two of you.
Whereabouts upon your body and what chakra this relates to.
Firstly we will simply cut this line that attaches you with all the information that flows between it,
Allowing for a more mindfully chosen and beneficial attachment to be reconnected,
One that you choose as opposed to one that was cast upon you at such a young age.
With your angels and guides by your side and your higher self supporting,
Uplifting and guiding you,
Open your hand to receive your sword of truth.
With this sword,
Looking down upon that cord with one single swing,
Cut the cord that attaches and connects you,
Beginning the start of the rest of your life.

No and unapologetically you you are a unique aspect of the whole a unique frequency of vibration and without you the universe would be incomplete without you being here at all there would be nothing at all and without you honoring and living as yourself your unique self the universe is without you we do not need you to be somebody that is trying to be somebody else all that we ever ask of you is that you be you wholeheartedly and unapologetically you thank you beautiful so let us now connect if you will if you like if you desire a new cord between yourself and your father one that is mutually beneficial and uplifting for all involved one that connects your heart to his and his to yours and given time and space you will experience the shift that you have created within him in your interactions and relationship going forward so focus upon your heart center and allow as a beam of gold and white light as it enters into you from the heavens above filling you overflowing from you and as it shines from your very center from your heart to the center of him from once it all began and where it will all begin again now as you listen to the sound of my voice watch as that chord of upliftment positivity and enrichment can next your heart center to your father's and watch there's a surge of gold and white light enters into the top of him flushing out and cleansing all debris and limitations of old pushing it all the way down to the soles of his feet and out into the earth and as that gold and white light flushes through him revitalizing and energizing him watch as it fills his entire being and when it begins to overflow allow for it to overflow to you with love compassion and support in everything you do as you flow love to him and he flows him back to you realize this rebirth energetically liberates and frees yourself your father your ancestors before and the future generations to come if you would like to finish this journey here then that is perfect if you would like to venture a little further then I ask that you walk with me as we delve into the depths a little further to gain a better understanding of the why the how and the where that your father learned his limiting beliefs and programs of old why he behaved the way he did as the more we understand the more we can forgive beautiful thank you so let us continue bring to mind once again your father with full access to all Akashic records across all lifetimes timelines dimensions and realities you have access to the information that your father has experienced so I'd like you to ask when it was that he first separated from love and created a hostile and controlling exterior in order to preserve his soft and loving interior as you allow for a time and place and space to be presented to you I would like for you to simply travel back there as you float all the way back along your father's timeline from this moment in time to the one that you have been shown go ahead and float above looking down below at the situation and all that you are being shown remembering that it is all part of the experience all part of the journey and that all that he ever wanted all you ever wanted as a child was to be understood accepted appreciated supported to feel safe to feel able to run to dance to sing that freedom of expression doing it all for love in love the love that we all are go ahead now and actually energetically embody your father in that time long ago as you begin to float down deeper down still connecting to him energetically entering in to his physical and hysterical allowing yourself to see through his eyes everything he saw to feel everything that he felt and hear everything that he heard including that internal dialogue within his own mind and just allow for a moment as it becomes plain to see why it is that he behaves or used to behave in some of the ways that he did show him love show him how to love himself show him safety show him how to call upon that divine protection and safety himself with ten nine eight seven six five four three two one he's free once again free to play to skip to sing to dance joyfully expressively and lovingly as the innocent child that he is the innocent child that you still are allowing for that voice for his voice for her voice to be heard means we are free from all the criticism and control that it once so desperately seeked divine wrap your father his childhood self in a warm blanket of love and embrace protection and connection ground him to the present moment to the earth below him and send him all the infinite wisdom from the heavens above as well as the earth below as this passes through him it is received by yourself passed down from father to son and allow as your father in the present moment allow as he gazes back upon this experience and the freedom and liberation that you are creating for your whole lineage watch as he looks and gazes upon you with such pride and appreciation go ahead now and watch as you separate from your father's previous childhood self and float back up into the air above and watch as your father enters the picture the fully actualized adult in this present moment whether he is still upon this earthly plane or he has continued his journey elsewhere allow for him to embrace that childhood version of himself bringing completion to himself thus liberation to everyone else where once he was lost scared and alone he is now complete and as you allow for time to dissolve before your eyes I ask that you begin to float back to this current present moment and as you do allow for the information that you have just received to be fully and completely integrated into every fiber of your being every atom every molecule and even the space between doing so in completion now doing so across all lifetimes timelines realms of existence doing so now in every reality an alternative one that you can even bring to mind know that you are fully and completely connected divinely guided supported and uplifted in all you do and as you float back towards your physical body back into the present moment go ahead and float back down into your body connecting to it with a deep knowing and realization that you are your own father your own mother as well as the child that you can father and mother protect and enjoy that protection that you can play freely elegantly and majestically with yourself doing so within the astral as well as the physical I ask that you allow for your spark of creativity and passion to be reignited in all you do start that hobby join that club donate your time or energy to something outside of yourself something larger or grander than yourself spend time in nature spend time alone and enter fully into your body becoming aware once again of your fingers and your toes of the new connection between yourself and your father that is so uplifting and nourishing of the energy that you hold and harness inside you and of the love that shines so brightly from your heart to all those around you becoming more and more until completely aware of your surroundings I ask you come back into the room back into an awareness of what is taking place and all the learnings that you have integrated you are now free free from the past free from expectations free from all limitations free to just be authentically and unapologetically you thank you thank you thank you I ask that you take a moment just to scan your body once again from your head all the way down to your toes connecting yourself grounding and securing yourself to this earthly plane with the next
