Welcome to today's session.

Get ready to go on a journey to a beautiful beach.

So tune into the sound of my voice and let everything else melt away.

And once you're ready,

I want you to bring up an image of being at the beach.

The water is a beautiful light blue with gentle waves.

You feel the sun shining in a warm breeze.

It's just you here,

Sitting in the soft sand.

You reach down and feel the sand sift between your fingers and you wiggle your toes in it.

And you feel your breathing start to shift with the flow of the waves.

In and out.

It sinks with the rhythm of the ocean.

It brings you a sense of peace and freedom.

Nothing matters but being right here in this moment.

You're meant to be here.

You don't have to worry or try.

You can just be.

You feel your cells start to vibrate with the energy of the sea.

It feels soothing and comforting.

So you get up and you walk towards the waves and you notice different sizes of shells.

And you pick one up.

You study it in your hand.

You notice its small details.

And you feel the smoothness of its surface.

And so you continue to hold your shell and you walk closer to the water.

And the scalloped edges of the water are cool and foamy as you step into them.

Special sandpipers scamper around the edge of the water.

And as you stand at the edge of the surf,

You look out into the horizon.

The way the water catches the sunlight seems to sparkle.

And you feel the magnitude of the beauty of the ocean before you.

And so you close your eyes and you take a deep breath in of its beauty.

And you just savor it for a moment.

Feeling it and sensing it and hearing it all around you.

And so you slowly open your eyes.

And you take your shell and you toss it back into the waves.

Back into the ocean where it came.

You can stay here as long as you like standing in the surf and basking in the beauty of the ocean around you.

And so you close your eyes and you take a deep breath in and out.
