Welcome to today's session.

Settle into a comfortable position.

This is your time to relax.

This is your time to turn your attention inward.

The outside can get noisy sometimes.

So let's start with tuning into your body.

Just notice your breathing.

In and out.

Feel your chest expand and release.

Try to expand as much as it'll go and release as far as you can go.

Let your breathing reach a comfortable rhythm.

And now I'd like you to notice any areas of tension in your body.

And just imagine directing your breath to those areas.

Fill them with your cleansing breath.

And release that tension with each exhale.

And now I invite you on a journey to a vast field of sunflowers.

It's all you see in all directions,

Glowing bright yellow as the sun sets.

It's a warm summer day.

And a breeze glides past you.

And in between strands of your hair,

Making the petals flutter.

You walk around brushing your hands against the stems and leaves.

And you feel one with your surroundings.

You feel a sense of comfort in this present moment.

And so you reach out and you pull a sunflower close to you and you study it.

You notice the smoothness of the petals and the brown textured center.

And you begin to align with the sunflower and its energy.

You notice the strength and the power of its center,

Its core.

Holding the petals in place,

Your core holds all those qualities in place that make you you.

And so you might be trying to imagine what does make you you.

What is your core like?

It's that feeling that you have when you're the most calm and centered,

The most like yourself,

And when you feel like you know yourself.

And so I'd like you to try and visualize your core as being like the center of the sunflower.

And there might be some things going on in your life that make you feel disconnected to your core.

And that's okay.

Let's just take some time today to start reconnecting to yourself.

So I'd like you to take a deep breath into your center.

Let it flow into your being.

You are unique and have special qualities that make you who you are.

Remember that today.

Settle into yourself and get comfortable.

So you can take as long as you need to just connect to you.

Let it flow into your being.

Let it flow into your being.

Let it flow into your being.

Let it flow into your being.

Let it flow into your being.
