When you're stressed out about money,
The most important thing you can do is slow down your breath to start relaxing your nervous system.
And not because relaxing is going to automatically make money start flowing into your bank account,
But because you cannot think creatively when your nervous system is hijacked.
There is an answer.
There is a solution.
There is more for you.
And the only way you're going to find it is by slowing down,
Turning your creative centers back on,
And shifting your vibration so that you can see clearly and align with the abundance that you know that you deserve.
If you're ready to dive in,
I'd like you to find a comfortable place to sit.
Place your right hand over your heart and close your eyes if it feels comfortable,
And begin to deepen your breath.
And we're going to start by doing 10 rounds of what I call the six-count breath.
Inhaling and exhaling through the nose for the entire practice if you can.
Now if you can't and you need to breathe through your mouth,
That's totally fine as well,
But just round out your lips a little bit to kind of close off the air hole,
Kind of like you're blowing in and out through a straw.
If your mind starts to wander,
Or if this practice starts to feel long for you,
Don't worry that's totally normal.

The key is keeping your brain and your nervous system in a state of balance so that you can have access to the ever-present answers that surround you all the time.

The solution will be shown to you just like breadcrumbs leading to you to your highest good.
