This is Justin Michael Williams and welcome to your practice.
For this practice I invite you to connect your body with nature and you can do several different things like sit with your back up against a tree or lay in the grass or just go stand outside with your shoes off with your bare feet touching the earth.
So before you begin this practice I want you to go ahead and pause this audio and go connect your body with nature and then come back and we'll begin.
Now that you're connected with nature close your eyes and let's start our practice by breathing deeply.
I want you to just flow with the natural rhythm of your breath.
Don't feel like you have to follow mine.
Don't feel like you have to count but just let your breath move slow and deep and I want you to continue as I talk to you a little bit here.
On each inhale I want you to imagine that you're breathing in the energy of the earth.
I want you to imagine on each in-breath that you're breathing in the wisdom and the protection and the energy of the earth.
Just relax into it.
Connect.
For the next 30 seconds or so keep going and on each inhale imagine that you are pulling into your body the energy of the earth and it can be any energy that you need.
Continue the practice right now.
And now keep breathing but we're going to switch directions with the energy of the breath.
Now I want you to focus on your exhales and on your exhales send any stagnant or heavy energy that you have down into the earth and as you exhale let the earth transmute and drain any stuck energy that you have in your system.
Let it take it away.
For the next 30 seconds go ahead and continue this breathing and releasing process.
And now take one more deep full breath in and a deep breath out.
Now just breathe normally and let's go right into our practice.

Tell me what do I need to know?
And trust what arises.
Let the wisdom of nature speak to you and it can be about anything,
Something you maybe didn't even expect.

And take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
You can stay here for as long as you want connecting with nature but if you're ready to transition I invite you to open your eyes and make sure you take note of whatever message it is that you got.
