This meditation is called Morning Manifestation,
Which you will be doing exactly that.
Today you are going to manifest something that you deeply desire for yourself,
And you're going to layer it with beautiful detail.
When we do this practice first thing in the morning,
You'll see that your mind and body become aligned with the experience.
It's almost like you get to experience it twice.
So when it does happen for you in real time,
It's almost like the richness of it becomes that much more profound.
So let's go into meditation.
As you start to slow your breathing,
Connecting to this moment,
What is something that you deeply desire for yourself?
Please close your eyes.
Just answer this question in your mind.
What is it?
What do you desire for yourself?
Is this a dream,
A goal,
An experience,
An adventure,
A connection,
Anything that you want?
Place no limit on your desire.
As your answer comes into your mind,
Start to see it happening for you right now,
In this moment.
Begin to layer your vision with detail.
When what you deeply desire manifests for you,
Where are you?
What do you see?
What colors are around you?
What do you smell?
What sounds do you hear?
What are you feeling,
Both internally and externally?
Who are you with?
What is it that is happening for you?
As you see this vision come to life,
Become it and welcome it by embodying every aspect of it.
Carry this energy with you throughout the entire day.
And if the vision gets lost,
As sometimes it does,
Come back to meditation.
Close your eyes.
Remind yourself of what it is that you deeply desire,
What you want to create for you,
And see it happening in your mind all over again.
Rhonda Byrne said,
We become what we think about.
Energy flows where attention goes.
Take a few deep breaths.
Returning to this moment,
You have realigned your energy,
You have woken up your body,
You have sparked a goal or a dream,
Experience an adventure,
A connection within your mind.
And now watch as it happens for you and as it does,
Remember to celebrate it.
Thank you for meditating with me.
I will see you next time.
