Today's intention is kindness.

Take a deep,

Heart-opening breath.

Feel the essence of kindness,

The elegant,

Delightful essence and feeling and energy of kindness move through your breath,

Your body.

Kindness is love in motion,

A simple act that ripples farther than you will ever know.

Begin with yourself.

Offer grace to your own heart,

Then let that warmth spill outward to others.

Close your eyes here,

Putting your hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.

And start to notice the goodness,

The well-being that is in you,

That is you.

Feeling this energy of kindness,

Like flowers blooming and popping up,

Different colors,

Joyful,

Feeling and sensing this love in motion,

In action.

We'll start by saying kind things to ourselves.

I appreciate you.

Thank you,

Heart.

Thank you for beating.

Belly,

Thank you for guiding me,

For giving me gut feelings and instincts.

And for my digestion,

That's digesting my food,

My life,
