Allowing this fresh breath circulate through your body,

And then let the wind change direction.
Let the wind blow through you from the bottom of your feet,
Up your legs,

Your head,
Your crown.
Exhaling out of the crown of your head.
So you start to breathe in through your feet,
Through your body,
All the way up through the crown of your head.
You're starting to exhale to cleanse,
To clear,
And to let go.
Inhaling through your feet,
Through your entire body,
All the way up.
Exhale through your crown,
Out of your body,
Cleansing,
Clearing,
And letting it go.
A few more fresh winds circulating from the bottom of your feet,
Through your entire body,
All the way up to the heavens.
And after letting the wind blow and breathe through you,
Take a deep breath in and exhale,
Land in your heart space.
Take another deep breath in.
Exhale,
Sink into your heart and feel the ease after having received the wind from above.
After having received the wind from below.
So feel the ease from above.
Feel the ease from below.
All unifying in your heart space.
A sweet balance between above and below.
And now allow the back of your heart to open and to let the wind come in as you breathe in.
Allow the front of your heart to open and to let the wind float out as you exhale.
Breathe in through the back of your heart.
Open the portal of your heart and breathe out through the front of your heart.
Breathing in through the back of your heart.
Breathing out through the front of your heart.
Finding a few more deep breaths through the portals of your heart.
And as you land in your heart space,
You begin to feel the peace after having received the fresh breathe through the back.
After having freed the fresh breathe through the front of your heart portal.
So feel the peace from the past.
Feel the peace from the future to come.
