Grounding earth.

We welcome the element of earth.

The earth is our mother.

She's holding and nurturing us.

She's here and giving us safety and protection.

She's feeding us from the beginning of time.

When you allow to connect back to her she will bring you grounding and deep rooting.

I invite you now,

While you're listening,

To go out in nature and to connect with her.

If possible,

Take your shoes and socks off and make connection.

With every step you do,

Allow yourself to feel the rocks,

The soil,

The earth underneath your feet.

And when you're at home and it is winter,

Just try to visualize connecting with her,

Communicating with her through your feet.

So slow down your pace and just take each step consciously,

Knowing that each step brings you deeper back to your origin.

So walk and feel,

Breathe and connect,

Be in touch and bond.

Find your earth space where you can stand still.

Widen your stand a bit and bend your knees slightly.

Begin to release with your next exhale or the deep sigh through your body,

Deep into your feet,

Through the soles of your feet,

Into Mother Earth.

Take another deep breath in and with your exhale just connect yourself a little bit deeper,

Through your feet,

With the ground underneath you.

Another deep breath in and this time allow yourself to sink through the soles of the feet,

Deeper and deeper into the earth,

Like the roots of a tree,

Spiraling deeper and deeper and deeper,

Till you reach the core,

The heart of Mother Earth.

And here at the golden core of Mother Earth,

You see yourself barefoot,

Moving lightly,

Dancing or just opening up to receive,

To receive her warm and nurturing embrace,

To feel held,

Cared for and simply safe.

Dwell in this beautiful,

Caring and loving energy.

Fill yourself up,

Fill your body up,

Fill your mind up,

Fill your soul up and just be open to receive.

And as you feel filled,

Embraced,

Take care of,

Grounded and deeply rooted,

You begin to find your way up again,

Like the roots of the trees,

Going up,

Up,

Up,

Through the rocks,

The minerals,

The crystals,

Up,

Up,

Up,

Through the mud,

The borders,

The soil,

Up,

Up,

Up,

To the surface,

Through the soles of your feet.

Again,

Still feeding,

Still grounding,

Still rooting back into your feet.

Through your legs,

Up into your root,

Feeding,

Filling and nurturing,

Your womb,

Your belly,

Your internal organs,

Through your central channel,

All the way up to your heart,

Feeding,

Filling and embracing your heart area,

Through your throat,

Your third eye,

Feeding,

Filling and opening your third eye,

Through your crown,

Feeding and filling and slowly your whole body,

Your whole energy field is surrounded and filled.

Feel now how the earth heartbeat is pulsating through you,

Feeding you from below.

Stay present,

Just feel your roots.

Invite yourself back with your next exhale to anchor you back into your feet,

Back into the earth,

Back into the here and now.
