Slowly inhale through your nose,
Hold your breath,
And then exhale through your nose.
For the same count.
I'll guide you for five counts,
But choose the pace that feels right for you.
Let's try it now.
Inhale two three four five Hold,
Two three four five.
Exhale two three four five.
Exhale,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Practice even count breathing for two more rounds at your own pace.
Release control and breathe naturally.
Just watch your breath go in and out.
Now think about all you've accomplished in your life.
Don't write it down.
Just think about all the amazing things,
Big or small,
That you've achieved or learned.
Childhood lessons,
Educational achievements,
Trophies,
Life hacks.
Visualize all the successes and even the hard lessons you've fought your way through.
Listen.
Can you feel your own power?
How does that power feel in your body right now?
As you enjoy your own power coursing through your veins,
Know that you'll do your very best every step of the way.
You don't have to figure it all out right now.
