You may feel frustrated about needing other people to make your dream a reality.

It may feel daunting trying to put together your dream team.

Let's clarify your intentions so you can attract exactly what your heart desires.

You may know what function you need each role to play,

But not who will fill them.

Try to manifest what I call helpful people.

Set the stage with a few stretches to relax your body.

Then get comfortable and close your eyes.

Put your hand on your lower abdomen and watch your diaphragmatic breathing.

Feel your breath pushing your hand up and then down,

Up and down,

In and out.

Watch your breath for one minute.

You may feel frustrated about needing other people to make your dream a reality.

Set the stage with a few stretches to relax your body.

Now visualize yourself surrounded by helpful people.

You may or may not recognize anyone's faces.

The details don't matter.

What matters is the feeling of support.

Imagine these people are cheering you on.

Envision them clapping,

Patting you on the back,

Hugging you,

Maybe even lifting you up in a chair of celebration.

Feel the love and accept it fully.

Mentally or verbally say,

Thank you for your support.

Practice this visualization for as long as it feels good.

When you're ready,

Affirm out loud,

I am supported by helpful people.

A little softer now.

I am supported by helpful people.

Whisper,

I am supported by helpful people.

Now mentally say to yourself,

I am supported by helpful people.

Give thanks,

Thank you for the support of people in my life.

If you believe in a higher power,

It may also feel good to say a prayer like,

Dear God,

I leave it in your hands to find the right people to help make my dreams a reality.

I am open to accepting their help.

Use whatever greeting feels good to you.

God,

Divine Mother,

Universe,

Source Energy,

Higher Self.

Do this if it feels good to ask for universal support in bringing the right people to you.

That way,

It's the universe's job to find the right people and your job is being open to receiving them.

Did the visualization and affirmation make you feel happy or stressed?

If it made you feel great,

Then keep doing it.

Perhaps every night before bed.

As long as it makes you feel good.

As soon as it doesn't,

Stop.

If the visualization made you feel stressed or anxious,

That's okay.

It's time to iron out some details to eliminate that emotion from the visualizations.

Perhaps you're having a hard time believing that people support you.

Maybe you're unsure if a particular family member or person in your life will support you and therefore feel you're on your own.

If you feel up to it,

Talk to some people in your life about your desires and your expectation of their involvement.

Having tough conversations isn't easy,

But at least you'll know where you stand with them.

If they don't support you,

That may be hurtful,

But then you can direct your attention toward the people who will support you.

Feeling loved and supported on this journey is a vital step towards creating a harmonious environment.

If you still feel unsupported by a particular person in your life or you've been disappointed by previous attempts to build your dream team,

That may hurt your belief that you'll attract the right people this time around.

A lot of times when we visualize the things we want in our lives,

Some part of us is focused on the fact that we don't have it yet.

Then we're left with some negative emotions tied to our desire.

The trick is to always feel good about what you're dreaming about in order to energetically help attract it into your reality.

When you're focused on the lack of not having your dream scenario,

It actually works against obtaining your goal.

Keep repeating the affirmations until you believe them deeply.
