I encourage you to make peace with the past and say goodbye in order to make room for what's next.
Time to get comfortable.
Close your eyes.
Breathe slowly and deeply through your nose.
Practice five rounds of alternate nostril breathing.
Inhale through your left nostril for a duration of your choosing,
Hold,
And then exhale through your right nostril for that same duration.
Reverse by inhaling through your right nostril,
Holding,
And then exhaling through your left nostril for that same duration again.
That's one round and should be practiced at your own pace.

Is it someone you know or is it a stranger?
What are they wearing?
What do they smell like?
Take in all the details of who your guide is.
Visualize yourself sitting down to tea with your guide.
Tell them what happened when you decided to have an abortion.
When you're finished telling your story,
Allow them to offer you support in return.
Engage in a meaningful conversation and ask for guidance on what's next.
