One bodily issue that may need healing is previous sexual experiences.

Sometimes society makes us feel guilty for exploring our sexuality.

We receive messages that were tainted in some way if we've had many sexual partners,

But this simply isn't true.

Try to come to terms with your past sexual experiences to heal any unseen scars.

First,

Take a few deep breaths.

Inhale through your nose,

And exhale through your mouth.

Mentally think through your past sexual encounters.

You don't have to think about all of them or in any particular order.

Just address any that come up as you think about the topic.

If any memories make you feel a twinge of regret,

Remorse,

Or guilt,

Ask yourself what lesson you learned from that experience.

Perhaps a hookup taught you something about yourself or made you realize what you truly wanted.

Look for the lesson and absorb it.

Look at how much you've changed as a result.

Forgive yourself if you feel you've made any poor choices in the past.

Treat yourself the way you'd treat a friend.

If your bestie was upset about a hookup she regretted,

You wouldn't berate her.

You'd tell her it's okay to experiment.

It's an opportunity to learn and grow.

Show yourself that same grace.

Be your own bestie cheerleader.

After finding the lesson in a previous sexual experience,

Reach for closure.

That might mean you have a pretend conversation with the person or even with your past self.

What wisdom do you currently have that you'd like your past self to hear?

Once you've come to a conclusion on the encounter,

Watch your breath.

Feel the breath on your nostrils as you breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.

If any thoughts arise,

Just bring your attention back to your breath.

Now that you're relaxed,

Bring your hands together in prayer pose.

Rub your hands together vigorously until you feel the warm energy generating between your fingers.

Now energized,

Lift your hands in the air.

Inhale and verbally chant OM three times.

OM Offer your energy to the universe.

Now place your supercharged hands over your inner reproductive organs in between your pelvic bone.

Breathe deeply as you feel the healing energy permeate your body.

Heal yourself with this meditation as often as is necessary to feel completely unburdened by your past.
