Our Universal Blueprint

We seek to have a Truthful experience as we find the value of our Life Journey within the connections and collisions of all other Lives. Our Life Journey is enriched as we see ourselves like facets on a diamond. Your life enriches mine when I see the value of your Life and how it is awakening my awareness.

So we're going to drop in to a deeper space now,

Ask your beautiful being to completely relax into this moment.

Know that this is your space and that beautiful feminine energy that you've got moving through your energy field.

Imagine the feminine embracing our being,

That mothering,

Nurturing,

Loving,

Adoring,

Unconditional love that a mother has and feel like that is the energy that you're holding in your field now.

And you hold that for you,

The sweetness and the high regard of this beautiful human being and everything we've known and understood in all the journeys.

We open our heart to feel immense love and gratitude for this being that is giving us an opportunity to walk through a life,

To feel the content,

To have the experiences.

What amazing energy world this is and we are here and we can perceive it and feel it and taste it and touch it and smell it,

Know it.

And we have all of those with whom we travel who are in the same experiencing and if we could in this life journey acknowledge that our life is so immensely unique,

So amazingly unique and we could value each unique life of every other,

That we could applaud and celebrate the diversity that there is in this life that we each bring in and then go beyond that and imagine because we can see and perceive and sense and feel and integrate that we can also connect to every other life here.

So our life is not just our own journey of awareness that through our eyes and sensing and perceiving we can sense the journeys of others.

We are amplifying our awareness,

Our journeys.

It is too wonderful for words.

I see my life through my own lens,

One facet on a beautiful diamond.

But I see the life of those who travel with me,

Near me and around me and I imagine that every life is a facet on this diamond and if I can see their journey and value where they are because of their journey and value the experiences that they are having and feeling and understand that if I can understand then that life,

That journey need not be mine because they are doing it for me but I need to see the value for it to be of value to me.

If we could come into this mindset and see every life and every being,

Not one movement,

Not one motion as a mistake,

See it as an awareness of what it might be like if I was in that space and created that as my own choice.

But because they are in it and they are choosing and so often the unpopular,

The difficult stance,

Because they are choosing to go that route I can so see what I would never choose.

There is the value.

Their life is of value because I got it,

I understood.

Their pain,

Their suffering is of worth and the suffering that they bring is of worth because I get it.

Imagine that this is how we start to see and orchestrate our lives in a whole and a new way that we see each other and we see what it is that we can know and understand because of each other and then we will know what it is that we can choose with all our heart and all our soul for our human experience.

We are truly walking each other home and there is not one mistake,

Nothing broken,

Nothing that isn't a duality experience that we are creating of good or bad,

Wrong or right,

Better or worse,

No such thing.

There is only a oneness of knowing.

Ask your being to truly know that as your one beating heart,

This heart that has a message that is encoded,

That is the absolute truth.

In every moment of every hardship every being turns back to their heart and begs for life,

Calls for mercy,

Pleads and pleads.

Every heart comes back home,

No matter what their experience.

It's such a difficult space for us to understand but when we can understand it,

Our awareness and our ability to hold compassion,

To expand the consciousness of this being,

Awaken our heart even more,

That truly is the gift that we can be here.

Ask your beautiful being now to see every experience that has ever come towards you as an awakening,

An awareness that everyone who played a part in bringing that awareness to you was offering you an experience to expand your consciousness.

Imagine if we could stand in front of every single one with whom we thought we've had some kind of conflict or hardship or difficult experience and we can see their loathsome behavior but we could stand here and understand that this that they were showing me brought about a switch in my own awareness that I could never have reached without seeing it right here in front of me.

I have embedded a code,

A memory for the exact opposite of that pain point.

That embedding of that code is the code of our new humanity,

Our blueprint.

We are recoding our being because of the horrors,

Because of the pain,

Because of all the conflict.

We are saying never again and one by one this universal blueprint will become one by one.

We will begin to reconnect in a whole and new way.

Feel the enormity of a life and the worthiness of it,

That we don't just seek to have a delightful,

Blissful experience.

We seek to have a truthful experience and through that we create the bliss.

Ask your beautiful being to relax deeply into the space and smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

Soften your brow,

Your scalp.

Relax your mouth,

Your jaw.

Breathe deeply into your being and drop your shoulders.

Let your arms feel heavy all the way down to your tips of your fingers.

Relax your back.

Be here.

Beautiful.

Feel the vibration of your heart.

Imagine this like a little drop going into the still pond.

See the ripples opening.

Let those ripples touch everyone in your life.

Connect to your precious family,

Your friends,

All the creatures that love and hold you and support you.

All the plants and the insects and all life.

Imagine that we could send a ripple of awareness from our own divine heart that has the echo within it of immense gratitude.

See yourself blessing the land upon which you stand.

Sending a deep resonance down and into the earth.

The support of Gaia.

The love of life.

The commitment to stand on this little part of earth in your own unique delightful way and through the standing and being that we begin to see clearly,

So clearly,

In this beautiful light bubble that you are in.

Your chrysalis.

Notice that you can see very clearly.

You can see way into the distance.

You can see,

Sense and feel the energies of others from this beautiful viewpoint.

Imagine that you could see a sadness,

A harshness and whatever is unfolding and that you could send a healing balm towards it.

We might think it makes no difference at all,

But like a perfume released from a beautiful bloom,

It does not release it hoping that everybody will capture that scent,

But some will and some will be changed in that moment of that perfume coming into their awareness.

They'll breathe in a little deeper and they'll feel the sweetness of life.

Something changes in our chemistry,

In our awareness,

When we connect into things that are just here already.

Notice there's no performance in this,

No conditional energy,

No games.

Imagine that we could be like that,

That we could be the ones standing,

Grounding and connecting where we are,

Feeling immense gratitude and love for all life and releasing a perfume,

An essence,

A signal that is perceived either subliminally or consciously by those around us.

We connect to what it is that we wish to bring in and then like the ripple opening,

We let go and let God that happens anyway.

We wish for the best for all life,

For all the places of pain and hardship right now in our country,

In our world,

For all those who are suffering terribly.

We thank them for showing us what it is that we would never choose again.

We radiate a healing balm of love and gratitude to them for what it is that they are experiencing and willing to experience to show us.

Let us see the value and get the value and let us choose and create that stamp,

That energy connection in our own being,

Which ripples out from our being like essence into the space around us.

We are connected.

We open this beautiful heart and see that connectivity moving rapidly like pathways in the brain so quickly.

Firing,

Illuminating,

Moving faster than we can imagine.

May it touch every grieving soul right now.

May it soothe and comfort them in their moment of anguish.

May they know that their life is of immense value,

That life to come will find a way to choose and to change the trajectory we are on because of them,

Because of their role,

Because of what it is that they chose to feel and suffer.

And it is of value because we got the value.

Let your body and your mind relax in that and trust,

Trust,

Absolutely trust.

Like the ripple opening up,

It happens anyway.

Just trust.

We connect into the energy of the throat.

We think of this little portal of our human being that can receive,

That can nourish,

That can breathe through the space,

That can speak and claim and hold its energy.

This little throat,

This little portal.

See your throat as open and clear.

Imagine that everything that you allow to come into this beautiful body is energetically recoded.

That everything,

Once it enters into your body,

Into your energy field,

That it changes its frequency to match your frequency or supplements water.

Food,

Energy,

Life force,

Prana.

See your beautiful throat and this entering in to this body as a way for you to help and support your body into wellness.

Trusting your body knows how to do this.

Everything is available to everyone but we all assimilate in a different way,

Unique to us.

There is not one thing that is outside of us that could make us better.

It is right here within us.

We recode what is outside and change it as we bring it to the inside of our being.

It is the same pattern as what we're seeing outside of us in the chaos and the static of the world.

We can assimilate all of that story into our being in a way that hurts and inflicts our being,

Causes fear and anger,

Hate and revenge,

Suspicion and greed.

Or we can transcode it.

We can transform it.

We can bring it in and see its value and connect that into gratitude and then release that vibration.

We are healing ourselves and we are healing the world simply by knowing that we are able to do this,

To assimilate,

To transcode,

To transform.

And we can only do this if we can see who we are,

Remember who we are.

We are divine beings of light and love.

There is only one switch and that switch is our awareness,

The free will and our awareness,

That switch.

We can be aware,

But if we don't switch the one switch of our free will and activate who we are to create something different,

It cannot be different.

Feel that this energy is right here at your throat.

It is the portal of allowing,

Trusting,

Claiming,

Holding,

Giving,

Receiving,

Holding,

Giving,

Receiving.

Become very aware of the power that you hold here to discern and choose and recreate.

See your energy moving towards your feminine,

Your divine.

Receptive,

Aware,

Connected,

Informed,

Enlightened,

Connecting into intuition,

Insight.

It is pouring into us for us to recreate from that inpouring message,

Recoding.

We recode through our heart when we remember.

This beautiful energy here,

The awareness that we awaken through our third eye,

To perceive through higher awareness.

We imagine ourselves switching this on.

Physically we can do this by taking our tongue and pressing it onto the palate.

Intuitively we will find the connecting point and as we breathe through the left and the right nostril,

Draw that energy of the pressure point activation all the way up to the space between the eyebrows.

Drop your eyes deeply into their sockets.

With your eyelids closed,

Look up to the center point and then go back to the pineal chakra.

We reconnect the system physically and then consciously and energetically.

Pull the energy from the center point up to the crown.

And now see yourself standing in a beautiful light portal.

You are being embraced,

Held,

Loved and supported in this human form.

This light is pouring upon you,

Cleansing,

Clearing and healing.

See yourself in that still point energy.

Standing still in the agreement to be here.

Allowing the energy to flow into you.

Activating your higher awareness through the pineal chakra.

Transmitting an energy in and through you.

Seeing yourself as a conduit,

A portal through which this travels.

Seeing the activation that you are able to bring in through the heart.

What does the heart desire?

What would I choose with all my heart?

And then see yourself standing in the unique space that only you can stand upon.

This little part of this earth.

And pull that energy all the way down.

Drop it into Gaia.

Right down to the very center of our earth.

See yourself as an antenna,

A transmitter of energy that is truly who we are.

And all we have to do is stand still.

Become aware and choose with all our heart and all our soul.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I stand right here.

Here in my life,

Strong,

Connected,

Aligned,

Clear.

This beautiful life form.

This being of light that I am.

In the single stream of the highest connection.

I am centered.

I am clear.

I am here.

Present.

Trusting.

At the very center of my being,

I ask my being to remember what it is that I agreed to be part of.

To allow that to be revealed to me now.

Now that I'm ready.

That I can truly step into my divine and sacred agreement.

That every cell,

Bone,

Nerve,

Tissue,

Fiber of my being is in the flow of that pursuit,

Of that journey,

And in agreement with my being here as I agreed long before I became form.

Become aware of that space when we completely agree with being here.

No resistance.

No ideas of what needs to be so that we can be comfortable.

No conditions.

The agreement was to come and to hold the space.

And whatever unfolds around us to pay attention,

To become very clear.

And to hold the space.

Hold gracious space.

What a wonderful journey this is.

When we take away all the performing,

The doing,

All the need for validation,

All the ideas of controlling,

And we just be here.

Imagine how free we would all feel if we knew that the space we are holding is all we need to do with all our heart and all our soul.

How free we would be.

That we could work,

And we could play,

We could do anything we like,

As long as we're holding the space with immense integrity.

Imagine freeing all life.

Stand in this space for you.

Stand in this space for you.

See how your life journey has brought you to a moment of this deep inner quietness.

That you know yourself as an achiever,

An accomplisher,

A traveler,

A doer.

And now because you've done all that,

You can be just you in the space.

Holding it with all your heart and all your soul.

Hold gracious space.

When we come back into this agreement right here at our center,

And the willingness to hold the space and to continue to be here in this form,

To have more of this life,

But in a whole and a new way.

We can recreate a new sacred agreement for ourselves.

How would we be here now if we knew,

And we do know,

We absolutely do know.

Bring a stillness to your belly,

To your center.

Let the soothing calmness touch every cell,

Every atom,

Every mitochondria.

Let it soothe the inside of your being,

Of your mind,

And your body.

Feel as if you are pouring a deep healing balm into the center of your being.

Visualize one healthy cell filled with this beautiful healing divine light,

Glowing with health and vibrancy,

Strong and beautiful.

Connected and just being in the space where it is,

And shining its light,

And all the cells around it connecting into that energy field,

And recreating to that code.

Allow your body to give you the evidence of you doing this in the minute cellular level,

And then know that you are doing it in the macro level as well,

Transmitting an energy to all those in need and pain.

We truly do not need any more war,

And pain,

And anger,

And hate,

And fear,

To know what we know already.

It has been eons of it.

We know this story well.

We've just forgotten to choose.

Choose inside your being the peace,

The harmony,

The flow,

The ease,

The wellness.

See the sunshine coming in to this point of your being,

Radiating out in all directions.

The energy that you are transmitting transcodes and transforms everything.

You bring into and around your being.

Trust your enteric,

Your gut,

Your deepest knowing.

Trust your instincts.

Become aware of your strong yes,

And your absolute no,

And honor that signal with all your heart and all your soul.

This body learns that it can trust us,

And we learn that we can trust our body,

And we stop the dueling,

The duality,

And the hardship.

We stop playing that game.

What stops within our being ceases to be outside our being.

The gift I'm giving me directly affects everything around me.

I am not broken.

I am not wounded.

I am not fearful.

I am not angry.

I am peace.

I am energy of light and love.

I am kindness and compassion.

I am wellness,

Flow,

And ease.

I am grace.

I am responsibility,

Integrity.

Reclaim all the energies that we wish to see within and around us,

And once reclaimed and transmitting it around you like sunshine,

Stand in the truth of it.

I stand in my life strong,

Centered,

Clear,

Aligned,

Powerful,

Balanced.

Claim this body's integrity and hold it with all your heart.

Hold it.

This life holds me and supports me in the most wonderful way,

And I hold and support this life in a wondrous way.

And as you breathe out,

A long,

Slow out breath,

And we do a deep ah now to release oxytocin.

Take the middle finger of your left hand,

Tuck it into your belly,

Middle finger of your right hand,

Pop it on your third eye,

Hold a sinful line of meridian right through the center of your being.

Hold it as a stabilizing,

Anchoring energy,

And pull them both up simultaneously just a little.

Zip it up,

And imagine that you are in your own beautiful chrysalis.

You're part of light and love.

Now step out of your field,

Come back into mine.
