We agreed to step into this family line as a great and glorious gift. Look at the photos of when you were a child and see who you are. Ask your Being to remember who you are. We awaken our imaginal cells and like a butterfly we transform as we take the leap towards our higher potential. As we release the painful imprints and codes of survival, we find a new way of expressing our uniqueness and authenticity.

My lovely.

How wonderful for us to be here and be in this space.

The honor where we are and who we are.

We see ourselves as our beautiful human being.

We see ourselves in this family that has given us a certain identity or way of being in the world,

A unique perspective.

And we thank this opportunity for stepping into this family line.

We ask that we can become more aware of what it is that we've stepped into because embedded in that idea is the deepest memory that this is a part of a divine and sacred agreement.

We agreed to come in and to be part of this journey.

We agreed to step into this family line for a great and glorious gift.

Allow yourself to go back and remember when you were a little one and have a sense of who you were then.

If you have photographs from when you were little,

Go and look at them again and look at your eyes if you can.

Look at your little face.

Look at your posture.

And set your awareness to remembering.

We stepped in so that we could bring healing.

And that awareness has always been with us.

It is for that reason that we yearn for things to be better.

We call out for justice and kindness and compassion.

And whatever it is that we have been seeing and witnessing through this life,

Through our family,

Friends and community,

Every single person who has come into our life is offering us a reflection so that we can see even more.

That through our human physical form we can see and interpret life through the five senses and the brain gathers little bits of data from each of these senses and pulls them into one place through the hippocampus and creates a story.

It is not the whole story.

It is little sparks of reflection and seeing and understanding,

Interpreting.

But our true understanding comes through our connections and our collisions with others.

Then we see through their lens,

Through their perspective and their viewpoint and we can feel the connection with us and them.

We are mirrors for each other.

We can see what it is that we are not doing and what they are doing.

And this creates even a compounded awareness of what it is that we can learn and understand.

We are helping each other to remember.

And we are walking each other home.

We ask now that we can come back into that memory and see ourselves as sparks of light like a beautiful diamond that we all are one diamond.

And you hold this little facet where the light dances into the sunlight and I hold this little facet.

And if I shine up every little particle of mine and you do yours and each and every one does theirs,

So we become this diamond,

Luminous diamond light energy.

We are helping each other to polish up our journey,

Our little space.

And the most effective way for us to learn at this point is through contrast.

The moment we receive and see and feel contrast,

Something in us awakens our deepest memory that says,

I don't want this,

I do love this.

It awakens a memory of what it is that we are to choose.

And if we can remember that that memory is encoded in our heart and in every point of contrast and despair and hardship and suffering,

If we were to simply be in that energy and then be there with immense love for those who are playing the awful hideous roles so that I could see,

So that I could feel.

And instead of going to blame and shame and guilt,

If I could stand right here next to that point of pain and ask my divine heart,

What do I know?

What is the absolute truth?

And feel what the heart wants to reveal and then ask the heart to feel it even more by bringing a memory that you have held that connects into that feeling because you can only feel it because you have felt it.

And if in this mortal form we can connect that memory to a moment when it was felt,

Known and perceived as a form within this frequency,

If we can recall it through the heart,

We are reawakening it through the heart.

We are not only awakening our own imaginal cells as we imagine it again.

We are awakening the energy of pure potential,

The awakening of the imagination,

The imaginal cells,

The deep encoded memory of who we truly are,

Just like a butterfly.

Its creation depends on its imaginal cells awakening and the dormancy of its time where it feels so held within that chrysalis,

Where everything is undone.

We are right there now as a species.

We feel captured and held.

We feel lost and unable to see.

But we have a gift in this.

We have these imaginal cells.

We can remember way beyond.

We hold that awakening in us and it is a light.

See yourself now as that light,

That beautiful still point energy of the crown,

A light that is beaming down towards and through you,

Holding you where you are,

Informing you,

Guiding you and protecting you,

The light that has a field of attraction with your heart creating more of what it is that it seeks.

Feel now as if you can generate your energy into that light.

You can draw it down into your heart and like a single drop,

Dropping into a still body of water,

We intentionally drop ourselves into this space.

And like a drop going into the water,

The ripples begin to open,

Not because we beg for them or need them to,

But because that is the law of life.

We see ourselves as a single drop.

We see within this universe of our own body one healthy divine illuminated cell.

It only takes one cell in our body to see itself and to recreate from that code.

It takes one glorious drop of light into this energy frequency for that light to come on.

We see ourselves doing this within us and around us.

We are reawakening,

Recoding and reconnecting this beautiful mind,

Body and being.

As you relax here now,

Send a loving message to every part of your body,

Your bones,

Nerves,

Tissues,

Fiber,

To the marrow,

To your spine,

To all the organs,

Every mitochondria,

Every telomere,

Of such immense love for this human form and the part of us that informs the form,

Our light being.

We delight in the way this form performs in this life,

Connects and collides with others.

And because we are remembering,

We remember too that we are here in a form to transform.

And we see ourselves stepping out of the endless performance of our journey,

That which was needed to reveal the contrast,

Contrast to activate our desire,

Our heart,

To activate the choosing,

What would I choose now?

What would I never choose again?

The moment we decide that we can choose,

We come into our creativity and we begin to co-create.

May that be towards the highest vibration of light and love.

And we see this journey now in all its beautiful complexities and its immense simplicity.

We feel a deep sense of peace within that.

All is well.

I am being taken care of in the most profound way.

I am offering this journey as a gift.

Send that energy radiantly out from your heart now into the field around you.

With all my heart,

With all my soul,

I ask now that I could remember who I am,

Divine being of light and love.

And as you open your beautiful heart,

We send from this heart unconditional love to every being that has crossed our path to all life.

Asking now that we can find immense compassion,

Kindness,

Love and forgiveness in our soul.

Seeing each and every journey and every person with whom we have connected as part of the journey towards the awareness.

And whatever they have brought in,

In the way of contrast and for the way I understood it as struggle and hardship because we were encoded in the survival game,

I allow myself to see it in a different way.

Coding it in a new way through the energy of thriving.

That they brought towards me a gift of awakening.

I know now what I would never choose again.

We are just being asked to choose.

And when we choose with all our heart and all our soul,

When we choose towards the absolute,

Then we connect once again to our sovereignty.

Feel that beautiful connection opening through your heart now radiating through you.

The ripple in the pond,

The sunlight,

The radiant energy.

This heart,

This soul reconnect.

And the light and the divine that I am,

The very breath of the divine.

This beautiful human being that is taking the journey.

We feel the great gift of this absolute surrender to the deepest knowing assurance that we are divine light beings eternally are.

There is nothing that can take us away from that.

We bring back into our being the sense of absolute peace because there is nothing that can shift us away from who we truly are.

I am divine being of light and love.

I am divinely and uniquely encoded within for the magnificence of this life journey.

I am peace,

Love,

Grace,

Health,

Wellness,

Flow,

Ease,

Kindness,

Comfort,

Truth,

Integrity.

Feel this beautiful energy flowing around you now.

We feel the awakening through the heart,

Forgiveness for all the horrors and sadness and pain.

We thank the courage,

The strength,

The fortitude of those who went before who found a way.

This line continues because they found a way.

We place no judgment upon that.

We release all guilt,

Shame and blame.

We can be at this point of our awareness because we are aware.

Contrast reveals truth.

I choose truth.

That beautiful being heals completely.

We can sense the temperature.

There's so much that we are bringing into our awareness right now.

We ask that we can create a filter within our being that welcomes in only the highest vibration of light and love,

This beautiful abundant energy of thriving and potential.

And as you hold this beautiful energy in this body,

We ask that we can begin to draw in the flow of oxytocin.

When we breathe in,
