Held In The Embrace Of Grace

In a Sacred Space, we feel held in the embrace of Grace. Falling back into the wings of Angels to rest and restore. In the deepest gratitude for this Life Journey, I touch the space in my Soul that reminds me who I am - A Divine Being of Light and Love. We bring a sense of peace to the duality energy and the contrasts that point us towards our Heart’s desire.

Together let's take a nice deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Just drop into the space in this moment.

Feel as if you can fall back into the wings of angels.

So sure are we now,

That we are being held in the embrace of absolute love and grace.

Allow this beautiful body to just relax into the space,

Soften your belly,

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

And see yourself in a beautiful sacred Christmas of light and love.

And the energy field around you is strong and it's holding you,

It's protecting you.

And in the space you can be clear,

You can be held and loved.

And ask now that this beautiful mind,

Body,

Being can restore,

Revitalize and refresh its energy.

Thank your beautiful body for giving you so many life experiences.

Resting into this,

We ask that we can receive the guidance and that we can bring the healing towards those we know and love.

So that their lives and their journeys will be filled with more ease and more grace.

We open up the space for ease of release for those who are ready to move beyond this life experience.

And we ask that you be in the space to move beyond this life experience.

Imagine that we can feel the grace of the space that we are holding now and feel it as an opening of an energy.

You hold the energy here.

It is the frequency of grace,

Gentleness,

Calmness,

Deepest assurance,

Absolute faith,

Absolute knowing.

We are the very breath of the divine.

Let that beautiful energy be all around you.

And as you hold this in you,

Become aware that you are a receptacle of energy.

When we can hold energy,

We can radiate energy.

And if we can do that,

We can transform energy.

And see yourself holding a position,

A unique position where you are in your life with your family and friends and loved ones.

And because of the position that you alone can hold in your own delightful,

Unique way,

With the connections that are known to you,

You are the connector to them.

And for those of us who know that our journey is to heal,

To bring light,

To bring love,

That we are here so that we can bring love and light,

Healing and wellness.

Hear it through it.

Allow this message now to come to you fully.

Hear who you are,

That you are a divine,

Light connector.

Ask this mind and body to step completely into the center of that as an agreement.

That here I stand upon this world,

Upon this earth,

And from this point of access,

I have connection to all those who share my life.

See the place that you're holding in your mind's eye,

And visualize it as a place upon this earth that you can go to in any moment when you wish to connect in this way.

And then,

See the place that you are holding in your mind's eye,

And wish to connect in this way.

Beautiful.

Now you've got the energy open there.

And all you have to do is visualize yourself standing and holding this space.

Honor you for being able to stand still.

No doing,

No pursuing,

No performing,

Just holding this space.

If I cannot hold it,

It cannot be held.

If I cannot choose it,

It cannot be chosen.

Feel yourself being very determined,

Very clear,

Very conscious.

Holding a space so that I can connect from the space to all those I know and love in a clear,

Significant and valuable way.

We are only of value when we see our value.

Open up the portal of the crown,

And let that light energy start to come in.

Visualize this as a beam of light that is holding you and refreshing this beautiful mind-body beam.

See it pouring right through the center of you,

And pouring down and into the earth,

Anchoring you in the space between heaven and earth.

Holding,

Claiming,

Connecting.

The light is coming in,

And you are connecting it into this earth.

And now bring this energy up to your heart.

We feel this beautiful,

Gracious,

Loving heart.

This heart that loves so dearly.

This heart that can feel so exquisitely.

Feel the connection to your heart.

And the moment we think about our heart space,

It's almost impossible to think about connection with ourself without feeling connection with another,

With our family and friends,

Communities and loved ones.

The moment we think of love and we think of our heart,

We think of connection.

And try to do this without anyone in the picture.

Try to do it with just you,

Just standing there and opening the energy of connection.

And then what we will do is place this connection into the earth,

Or into a plant,

Or into a creature.

In order to be a connector,

We must be connected.

And the gracious gift of being connected to other life is a gracious gift.

So bring your heart energy into the open field now.

Imagine that you can be like the brightest shining light.

And these beams of light are radiating off you in every single direction.

And you are holding the center point.

And you are holding the center point.

And you are holding the center point.

And you are holding the center point.

See one of these beautiful beams of light going directly towards your loved one.

We want to hold here in this space this connection right now.

Feel the love here.

When you touch your heart memory,

It will start to bring up pictures,

Memories,

Scenes,

That this mind-body has remembered and imprinted so that you can pull them up into memory.

The moment you pull them into memory,

You get a feeling with it,

A sense.

Allow yourself to pull in all the energies,

All the memories that amplify your heart frequency,

That fill you with love,

Laughter,

Admiration,

Kindness,

Compassion.

Feel these energies and feel the content of them.

And at the exact same moment,

Feel and remember the memories where things were a little static in between your energy fields.

Allow yourself to go there without pushing them away.

That it's okay for me to feel these too,

The moments of disappointment,

Despair,

The moments of being pushed aside,

Perhaps betrayed or isolated.

And in that exact same moment,

Become aware of what your heart has been asking you to feel rather than this pain of contrast,

What could I feel now?

What is my heart longing for?

There's something else this heart is longing for.

In this deep memory of the pain or the shock or despair,

This beautiful heart is saying,

But if only.

In all our most disappointing,

Tragic and difficult moments,

Our heart is always remembering something.

It's remembering what we are seeking and longing for.

Nothing as an experience is worthless.

Nothing as an experience is worthless.

Every experience is worthwhile.

Every connection into every experience is worthwhile.

If we get the value,

If we get what it is,

And then if we see that,

Then we see both experiences and the polarity that we understand in this dimension,

The good and the bad,

The better or the worse.

And think about holding those polarity energies as if you were holding one in the left hand and the other in the right hand.

And then become a clear about your beautiful body that you have a left and a right side of your body,

But you have one heart and one connection point to your solar plexus and one connection to your third eye and your crown.

There is a singular connection to the singular cord of light within.

And yet we can stand right in the center and feel both sides standing in the middle,

Holding both ideas,

Perceptions,

Experiences,

Beliefs.

And if we can stand in the middle and not move to one or the other,

But simply see the value that they offer us in presenting it to us,

And we stand in the middle and the divine light is pouring in,

It's pouring light upon that which we see.

We see that which is filled with distortion.

We see it under a new light.

We see it clearly.

Feel the contrast and listen to the center and the heart,

What it's calling in,

And then stand right there.

Because of this pain,

I know what I seek.

Because of the delight,

I know what I rejoice in.

Bring the energy of rejoicing and seeking and put it right in the center with you.

When we become very clear that both of these reflections in the duality experience is just an experience of great value if I get the value,

Get the value,

Draw them into the center and begin to see from here,

What do I know and what do I choose because of what it is that I've been able to witness on both extremes.

Life is so filled with these,

We get stuck in the story of the stuff that is in duality.

But if we can just pull what it is that is the gift towards the center back to the heart,

We get the gift.

Once we are here and we get the gift from this divine heart,

We can radiate outward unconditional love and regard.

We thank the person and the space and the experience for unfolding for us to see.

It is easier for us to see in contrast at this moment,

At this time.

As we gain more and more subtle awakening,

It will be easier to see without the contrast.

But right now the value that is coming to us is because we are seeing contrast.

Thank your being for being able to witness it and thank your being for being able to discern that this is not for you to suffer in,

But this is for you to grow in.

That we can grow enormously when we step out of the clutter and into the center and we hold the space now and then we go one step further.

We open up this divine heart to grace,

Forgiveness,

Kindness and compassion.

We can feel absolute compassion,

Kindness,

Grace,

Forgiveness here.

No matter what was shown to us,

It was only shown to us so that we would know.

When you know,

Then the performance is just a behavior and behavior is not the light.

Behavior is the show that reveals the light.

It's the performance under the bright lights of the stage.

Look and feel and sense the light in this and then let your mind and body feel the lightness of this.

We come into a deep sense of lightness.

A sense of purposefulness will drop this energy into your solar plexus.

I remember who I am,

A divine being of light and love.

I hold myself right here at my center,

There,

Connected and aligned.

I hold myself with immense grace,

Compassion to self and kindness and compassion to all beings.

I thank myself for being willing to be in every experience and I forgive myself for the places where I felt I had fallen short or disappointed myself.

I understand now that this beautiful mind and body,

This being,

Simply had to know what it is like,

What it is like to be in that space.

I could not know it if I wasn't willing to go there.

I cannot speak of a place visited if I haven't actually been there.

The willingness to go into the deepest,

Darkest,

Hardest places is our ability to move beyond them,

To transcend them.

Allow yourself right here at your solar plexus to release,

Forgive and open up all the spaces and to bring light in,

To bring light,

Absolute light,

Healing and cleansing into every space of pain that you have held through all time,

Into the imprints on the codes,

The signals that have embedded themselves within you,

Pulled the love given to you as part of this journey of the collective awareness brought to you from your ancestors and their endeavors.

Imagine that we can be in this amazing position now to observe ourselves in our new switch of energy into our transformation.

And we observe ourselves with great clarity and love.

It has been an immense journey to get to this point.

And this mind and body has collaborated in the most incredible effort to truly know and being witness to our life and being gracious and loving and forgiving to our being.

No more blame or shame,

No more fear,

Guilt or disregard for self.

And once we claim the center point,

Once we come home to this,

We can then radiate the light out,

Not a moment before.

If we can hold this space so clear with so much love,

So much kindness,

Absolute forgiveness,

Unconditional love for self,

Then this vessel is clear,

Clear enough to transmit an energy.

From your center,

Imagine that you can begin to do that now.

You can begin to transmit an energy through the awareness of you and your life and all your connections,

Through the divine connection of your Pineal Chakra,

Heightened awareness.

We begin to see where it is that we can place this divine light that is pouring into our being.

This light becomes enormously significant.

Our being here is of immense value,

Bringing in this radiating light energy to each and every being that has ever shared your life journeys.

And feeling the space of the sense of being completely neutral,

Calm,

Loving and gracious,

Generous of heart.

Feeling the energy of outpouring unconditional love.

With all my heart and all my soul,

I ask healing,

Health,

Let complete release of all my heart and soul.

With my whole body,

Let complete release of all the pain,

Hardship and static come through this radiating light to all those unknown love.

Simply holding and standing in the place where you are imagining that is holding you.

Seeing the light coming into you and through you.

Holding the divine space as the light pours in.

This beautiful light pours in.

I am restoring my system to flow,

Ease,

Health,

Wellness,

Lightness.

I am transforming my energy field,

Opening it to grace.

Let this mind and body relax deeply here.

Let every cell,

Bone,

Nerve,

Tissue and fiber,

Every mitochondria of your being,

Opening the throat to receive and plea abundantly.

This breath of life is right here.

I reach into it and I give it to me.

I breathe with ease and flow,

Life flows within me.

My journey is in ease and flow,

In light and love.

All good things flow towards me.

I draw them to me,

All experiences that will amplify my energy and I ask now that I can perceive the energy in it without having to go so deeply into the experience.

That I can begin to see the energy in the experience without having to have the brutality of that experience or the hardship or the struggle.

That I can see and understand what is coming towards me and I can immediately interpret and readjust,

Flexible,

Open and clear.

I readjust swiftly so that this beautiful being does not miss a beat of its heart,

Doesn't waste a morsel of its breath on anything that is repetitive,

Mundane or unkind.

We open the throat and we receive and we give and we transmit.

Use your energy well,

Radiate your light and hold your energy here with absolute grace and love.

And all the while the heart beats,

Consistent,

Clear,

The pulse of life is in this form.

I am still in my form to transform.

Many are transforming now,

Either in their physical being,

Many are transforming.

It is a wonderful time for us to open up the space to more flexibility,

Ease.

We have no idea where we are going now.

Absolutely no idea.

And it is just wonderful.

Because if we had an idea,

We would be creating in the same space that we have been creating.

Imagine that here lies before you a blank canvas of absolute potential.

Nothing is certain and nothing is known.

And the readiness to take a journey,

To embark upon a journey and think about yourself at this point.

To be on the threshold of something completely different,

To take a leap into life.

And while we still have our breath and our body and our mind,

Our health and our wellness,

Then the gift that we will take into the space that we are willing to go into,

What a delight that is.

And equally we carry that light and that energy whether we are in a form or whether we are transformed into our light being.

Then we can hold the awareness of both of those spaces of being able to hold and transmit in a body and in a form to transform and in our light,

In our essence to transform.

Either way this transformation is in progress.

Where will I stand within it?

How much peace will I give me in it?

How willing am I to just let go,

Let God?

To surrender all my ideas,

Belief systems,

Struggles,

Surrender,

Release,

Let go.

So that something else can bring itself into my energy field.

Make space,

Make way,

Make room,

Open up the space of your heart.

Feel yourself so safe within your being,

Held,

Loved and adored,

So safe here,

All is well.

There is nothing to fear.

This life holds me and supports me abundantly.

I richly embrace everything that blesses my life.

I bring more and more of this in.

I bring in the energy of thriving,

Magnificence,

Abundance,

Flow and ease.

Amplified in your energy and your willingness to be it,

To receive it,

To flow into it.

Then you are amplifying.

This energy is delightful energy filled with the divine light,

Delightful.

And it will open up into the spaces that you go into,

A flowing energy,

A ripple creating an upon from an impact point of absolute mindfulness.

Hold the space now with all your heart and all your soul.

Visualize your place of being and your connection to this earth through this mind,

Body being.

And the light that you are,

The essence that you are,

That pours into you and grounds you and holds you.

Feel this anchoring connection.

Feel the blessing of this in your being and relax so deeply into it.

Just breathe.

Your breath will take care of you.

Your heart will beat and all is well.

It's so well.

Tune in to the merging of your light being and your life being.

Allow yourself to visualize two streams coming together,

Forming one powerful flowing stream.

See the two streams as the image of duality,

Right,

Wrong,

Good,

Bad,

This,

That.

And imagine if those two streams came into one single stream,

There would be absolutely no separation.

And this is absolutely possible when we begin to tune in to a higher vibration to redirect us.

See yourself doing that now,

Tuning in to the higher note of C.

My life is being directed from my light.

And listen to the lower C.

We celebrate this beautiful mind,

Body being,

That is willing to walk upon this earth,

To feel,

Connect and integrate and sometimes collide and sometimes connect.

Celebrate your mind and body in this being.

Send a message to every cell,

Bone,

Nerve,

Tissue,

Fiber,

Every telomere and atom of this being,

Every mitochondria.

This message that I love you and adore you and thank you,

Thank you for giving me this body.

For as long as I am to be in this body,

I'm so,

So grateful for every single experience that is coming in.

May I interpret it well.

May I understand it from my light being.

May I see it and understand it in a whole and a new way.

Let the light pour around you.

Let it fill you up.

This beautiful energy.

We merge them into one stream.

And we begin to regard our being in a whole new way.

Fully integrated,

Fully aligned and connected.
