So let's just go ahead and settle in with an invocation to help call in our guides and really orient ourselves in this moment.

Go ahead and close your eyes and just gently begin witnessing your breath.

Not trying to change your breath or mold it,

But just witnessing it.

Noticing if it's moving slowly or quickly.

Noticing if your breaths are deep or shallow.

And then noticing what happens as you're just present with your breath.

Just gently allowing yourself to be here,

Witnessing your breath present in this moment.

Not needing to be anywhere else but here.

In this still space of our awareness,

We call in our angels,

Our guides,

And wisdom keepers of time who guide us,

Guard us,

And walk with us through this path of life.

We call on you and we ask you to join this circle,

Join this space,

And hold it in the arms and energy of love,

Nourishing and uplifting all the hearts that are present here today or may later engage in the meditation and providing them with exactly what they need at this moment in their unique path in life.

We thank you for your guidance.

We thank you for your presence.

With that,

Space is open.

Aho.

As we stay here for a moment,

Maybe you can just gently drop into your heart and begin listening to what your heart has to say at this hour of your day.

Ask your heart what it is that you could let go of,

Release,

Or embrace more of at this moment in your life.

Slowly and gently asking your heart what it is you could release,

Let go of,

Or embrace more of at this unique moment in time in your own divine path in life.

Just listen to what your heart has to say.

If there's something that sticks out to you very strongly and energetically,

Claim it by voicing it out loud in the space that you're in.

Claiming it as a message heard and received from your guides,

From the divine,

And from your own higher being.

And thank your heart for sending you this message today.

For bringing you here today where you could be gifted with this divine guidance.

If you haven't already,

Now is the perfect time to close your eyes and gently let your attention and awareness fully drift inside.

Feeling the fullness of who you are to be present here in this moment.

Simply noticing,

Observing,

And witnessing whatever emotions or sensations,

Thoughts,

You're currently moving through your body,

Mind,

And feel.

Simply being an observer to whatever is there as you welcome this present moment in this space in time.

Not needing to change anything or force anything to be different.

Simply witnessing what it is you're feeling,

Sensing,

And experiencing in your body,

Mind,

And feel.

And now,

As you're present here,

I invite you to gently shift your attention.

To your sacred heart space in the center of your chest.

Simply allowing each inhale and exhale to move in and out of this divine space.

Feeling present here with your heart and observing as the breath flows in and out of this space in your body.

And if you notice your mind trying to distract you in another direction,

Just simply thank it for whatever it's trying to share and then call your awareness back to your sacred heart.

Just a gentle observation and flow of breath through this space.

Now,

As you continue to breathe into your Sacred Heart,

I invite you to begin allowing your breath to be just a little deeper and slower than before.

Intentionally drawing the breath in gently and slowly.

And then taking your time as you exhale this breath out.

Inviting your mind to slow down even more.

And your body to gracefully relax as you breathe.

Inviting the fullness of who you are to be present here.

As you deeply breathe this nourishing breath into your heart.

And noticing when your mind gets carried away.

And then calling it back to this space in your chest.

Relaxing your body.

.

And allowing yourself to be present in this moment.

And now.

As you continue to breathe into your Sacred Heart space in the center of your divine chest.

I invite you to begin connecting in with the internal wisdom that emanates from this Sacred Space.

.

.

And simply ask your heart what it is that's standing in your way.

.

.

Of you fully embracing the path in front of you.

.

.

Whether it's something standing in your way.

.

.

In the form of acceptance or understanding of a situation.

.

.

Or maybe limiting beliefs that you're holding onto as a way to keep yourself safe.

.

.

But they're ultimately just holding you back from what it is you truly want to experience in this lifetime.

.

.

So in this moment as you breathe into your divine heart.

.

.

Surrender to the wisdom that comes from deep within you and guides you in this path in life.

.

.

Surrendering and allowing yourself to hear the guidance from your higher self.

.

.

From your divine self.

.

.

Knowing that our higher self only ever speaks with the voice of love.

.

.

And anything other than love is simply trying to distract you away from the true guidance that's available to you now.

So listen with discernment and surrendering a little more with each breath.

Trusting that the more present you are,

The more easy it will be to hear the guidance from your higher self.

Still breathing deep and slow.

.

.

And still allowing the fullness of who you are to be here.

As you listen to the divine guidance showering upon you now.

Now as you continue to breathe and be present here.

Can you make a vow or set an intention to honor the message that's come to you today?

Can you make a promise to yourself,

To your own heart.

To one thing that you can either start doing or stop doing.

That would benefit you on this path of life.

Allowing any statement,

Intention,

Or vow to be spoken with the words of love.

To be spoken with the energy of love.

Knowing that no matter what vow or intention you create.

It's all perfect for you,

This divine time in your life.

And gently call your awareness back to the deep and slow breath into your sacred heart space.

Gently allowing a moment of recalibration to this present moment.

Trusting that in each moment that you fully embrace the present moment.

This opens up the doorway to infinite potential where anything truly is possible.

And then gently begin calling your awareness back to the room or physical space that holds you.

Bringing gentle movements to your fingers and toes.

Allowing yourself to be present here as you bring your awareness back and gently move.

And then when the moment comes that you feel ready,

You may gently open your eyes and return to this new now moment in time.
