I am healthy,

Safe,

And strong.

I am pulling through this.

I may need to slow down.

I may need to dig deep.

I am staying steady.

I am staying strong.

I pause what I need to,

To stay strong.

I increase what I need to,

To stay strong.

I dismiss what I need to dismiss,

To stay strong.

I am holding strong.

I am feeling what I am feeling,

And choosing hope,

Strength,

And positivity.

I am letting in more light.

I accept that difficulties,

Challenges,

And battles can be a part of life.

I accept that I can control what I can control.

And I am learning to support myself better each day.

I am keeping steady,

And I am holding strong.

I have the endurance to make it through this.

I can feel the feelings,

And still stay strong.

I can hold the weight,

And release the weight.

I can be looking for solutions,

And still stay strong.

In the pain,

Fear,

Discouragement,

I can hold strong.

I make the time to reflect,

To recover,

And to strategize.

It's a time I'm being called to really dig deep.

And I am keeping strong.

I am staying strong.
