Soothing breaths.
Inhaling love and light,
Releasing tension.
Inhaling ease and peace.
Exhaling stress and fear.
Inhaling beauty and joy.
Exhaling criticism and hate.
Inhaling confidence and contentment.
Exhaling doubt and gloom.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Inhaling strength and clarity.
Inhaling a fresh energy to flow through you now.
Remembering you can connect or reconnect with yourself at any time today.
And now opening yourself up to what you want to focus on today.
It may be positive self-talk,
Gratitude,
Kindness,
Breathing.
It could be self-compassion or anything else you need today.
Picturing yourself opening more space for this.
And acknowledging,
