That felt so real,

And by real I mean awful.

That really scared me.

I feel rattled,

I feel alarmed,

I feel shaken.

Body,

That experience was a bad,

Bad dream.

That was a nightmare.

And right now,

I am in the conscious world,

And I am safe.

Safe meaning there is no immediate harm or danger here.

Safe meaning I am protected here.

I release all sources of bad dreams.

I clear all sources of nightmares.

Nightmares are not welcome here.

Goodbye bad dreams.

I can be at ease.

I can relax.

I am at ease.

I am relaxed.

I will relax while I sleep.

My mind is at ease when I sleep.

All is peaceful when I am sleeping.

My dreams are full of peace.

My body is full of relaxation.

I am safe.

My bedroom is a safe place.

I am safe in my home.

I am safe and okay here.

My body fully recharges when I sleep.

My dreams are comfortable and relaxing.

I say hello to good dreams.

I say hello to the sweetest of dreams.

I have peaceful and restful sleeps.

I experience sweet dreams.

My dreams bring me encouragement and joy.

My dreams bring me rest and restoration.

My dreams bring me relaxation and love.

My sleep is full of peace and rest.

My sleep is full of peace.

I wake up fully recharged.

I wake up feeling full of energy.
