Welcome.

My name is Jonah and this is an intention setting meditation.

So today we'll practice setting an intention for your day.

And when you shape an intention you have two choices.

Either to move closer to it or further away.

When you're clear on your intention you can move forward with greater commitment,

Clarity,

And purpose.

So as we begin find a comfortable seat.

Allowing it to be fussy.

Make it as decadent as possible including blankets,

Pillows,

Whatever makes you feel most comfortable.

And as you begin to settle into this space notice how your body is supported.

And as you begin to soften the muscles of your face and any other places that are holding tension,

Decide if you'd like to leave the eyes open or the eyes closed.

And as you allow yourself to be supported,

See if you can move your attention to your breathing.

Allowing your breath to be the center of your focus.

And with every exhale you experience this sense of deep release and softening.

And as you continue to drop down into your center,

What is the deepest intention for your heart?

Perhaps it's moving into the rest of your day with this feeling of abundance.

Or maybe it's moving into your day with this calm presence.

Or maybe you're interested in cultivating more joy in your day.

And please know that it might take some time to figure out what your intention is for this day.

And that's okay.

Because once you set your intention,

You want to be able to see it with a lot of clarity.

What is my deepest intention for the rest of my day?

And with that intention in place,

Why is it important?

And as you get clear on why you want to see this through,

Allow your why to inform your how.

Allowing the why you want to see this through to inform how you'd like to see this through.

And with this idea of your why informing your how,

Move forward into the rest of the day holding this intention closely and living this practice.

Peace.
