This is Jonah,

And this is your morning uplift.

Your thoughts create your reality.

What you believe at the level of your thinking is what you create in your life.

So as you step into your day,

What tone are you ready to establish for this day?

It's time for you to trust that everything you've learned up until this point is alive and well inside of you.

You have the power to bring forward all of your knowledge and the power to step into this day as the highest version of yourself.

So as you begin to arrive in whatever position you're in,

Upright or reclined,

Begin to soften your body into the support.

See if you can start to create fuller and rounder breaths.

And as your breath deepens,

Sense yourself turning to your heart,

To the wisest part of yourself.

And as you turn to your heart,

What is the deepest intention you have for yourself today?

What do you need to hear right now from deep inside of yourself?

Internally and silently,

Begin to hear these messages.

And these messages come from the seat of your heart.

What is the uplifting message you need to hear as you enter into your day?

And maybe this message,

This encouragement is a phrase or a set of phrases.

Maybe it's something like,

I am strong.

I am healthy.

I can do this.

I am beautiful.

I am magnificently made.

And can you begin to repeat these phrases or set of phrases to yourself and allow each phrase to land in your body,

In your mind and in your heart.

And as these phrases begin to fade away,

Return again to your breathing and step into this day with clarity,

Focus and intention,

Knowing that you are so worthy of this time and of encouragement.
