This is a short meditation with the focus being the breath and the body. As we bring our attention inwards we use our physical sensations, and then the breath and the physical sensations of the body as routes to develop our attention. We also become aware of distractions that enter the mind, and develop our capacity to be ok and allow these distractions to come and go.
