John McKeon has been practicing meditation, mindfulness and yoga for over 13 years. John was drawn to meditation as a tool to support navigating the challenges that life brings along. Following an international career in business, John completed the psychology conversion course in Trinity College Dublin in 2019, and went on to complete the Mindfulness Teacher Training at the Mindfulness Center in Dublin, October 2021.
