Love Vibration Meditation.
The intention of this meditation is to shift the energetic vibration of your body to allow that vibration and energy to transform and transmute and adjust to a higher vibration.
The vibration of unconditional love.
Unconditional love for the self.
Unconditional love for your loved ones.
Unconditional love for the planet and unconditional love for all beings in all places.
Begin now by softly closing your eyes and removing the sense of sight allows you to become more aware of the other sensations in your body.
Notice what can you hear?
What can you smell?
What can you taste?
And what can you feel?
What is touching your skin?
Your clothes?
Feeling your feet on the floor?
Your arms resting?
Perhaps feeling your hair brushing against your face?
And now drop beneath the surface of your skin.
What is happening inside your body?
What does it feel like as you breathe in and your lungs expand?
Just notice.
What else is happening inside your body?
Can you feel tension in some of your muscles?
Breathe into that and offer it the opportunity to release and relax.
Perhaps your stomach and digestion are experiencing sensations.
Can you feel your heart beating?
And as you tune into that,
Can you also feel the pulse of your heart being sent out throughout your whole being?
All the way down to the tips of your fingers and the tips of your toes.
Rest your awareness now in your heart space.
Notice this space around your heart and the feeling there of your heartbeat.
Consistent,
Regular,
Calm,
Strong.
And now imagine a time when you were in nature and it took your breath away.
Can you remember a time when something about it was majestic,
Magnificent,
Incredible and it stopped you in your tracks?
Take yourself back to that memory,
To that moment when all you could do was admire the moment.
There were no thoughts.
You were experiencing pure sensation of all the magic that Mother Nature can provide.
Perhaps you have just climbed a mountain and saw the view.
Maybe it was a spectacular sunset or a tranquil ocean setting or an incredibly beautiful and full forest in a glen space or a waterfall.
Perhaps you were swimming in the ocean.
You were blown away by the magnificence of Mother Nature and you felt so thankful and grateful that you were there to witness it.
That you were a part of that moment,
Fully present with the beauty around you.
Feeling that oneness feeling,
That filled up,
Grateful experience feeling is one we would like to become familiar.
Can you consciously invite yourself back to that place?
Take the time now to make it a clearer picture,
Add more details.
Where were you?
Were you sitting or standing?
What was it that captured your attention?
Feel it now and imagine that you're taking that feeling into your heart space as a gift to your heart.
As a gratitude for your heart's wonderful ability to consistently beat and be such an integral part of who you are.
Offering that feeling to your heart,
You feel the space around your heart lift and elevate with this new emotion.
It's like your heart is smiling,
Like the sun is shining on it and it is drinking in the warmth,
The love,
The radiance.
And that radiant,
Beautiful,
Joyful feeling begins circulating from your heart throughout your entire being.
Your whole body begins to feel filled with that wondrous feeling,
Radiating,
Elevated,
Beautiful feeling when you felt part of Mother Nature.
In that moment,
It was just you and you were more present than ever before.
And now you are present here and now in this place with an elevated emotion,
Elevated feelings and elevated vibration in your heart space.
You're planting a seed of intention that in moments where you have drifted from this feeling,
You have a doorway back and each time you return to this feeling,
Accessing it becomes easier,
It becomes familiar,
It becomes a state of being with which you are comfortable and get to enjoy and appreciate every single day.
It filters throughout all of your days and as you radiate your elevated presence,
This emotionally elevated loving presence,
You will begin to touch the lives of those around you purely with your presence.
Enjoy staying here in this space for as long as you like.
