Take a deep breath.

You are here right now in this moment.

This expansive,

Eternal moment.

Invite all of your awareness into this moment.

As you rest in the moment,

Invite in the feeling of love.

It is a familiar feeling.

A warm,

Comforting,

Expansive feeling.

Feel the love vibration gradually trickling from your heart space and filling your whole body.

Feel it fill you up completely.

Filling up your physical body.

Filling up your mental space and reaching out to your energy body.

Now invite in your higher self to join you in this moment.

This allows you to create with soul level support.

To guide you in maintaining continued focus on what is here and now in front of you in this moment.

To support you in engaging all of your awareness with this moment.

In this loving vibration with your higher self guiding you.

Remind yourself why this matters.

Why this is important.

Tune in to your North Star.

Your inner compass.

And as you set the intention to maintain and continue your focus on this task in this moment.

Invite in the inspiration that lives within your why.

Take another deep breath and when you are ready open your eyes and explore engaging with this task.

With this activity in flow and fully present in this moment.
