This guided meditation is intended to help get through those times when we are feeling anxiety, worry or fear. Allow yourself a few moments to calm your mind, and realize that sometimes these feelings are caused only by our minds, and not current circumstances. When we realize this, sometimes it is easier to know that we have a choice in releasing, and changing old patterns. I hope that you will enjoy this meditation. You are worthy of peace and happiness!
